Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews.My girlfriend went to get her lashes done for the first time, got ripped off, had a horrible experience, & the lashes look horrible.They did not educate her on what was going on even tho she repeatedly said this was her first time.They did not use the proper equipment. They claim to use gel pads, instead they scotch taped my girlfriends lower lashes to her face the the entire appointment.It was extremely painful experience. The tape was left on both eyes for the entire appointment instead of working on one at a time.The "master stylist" which cost extra, had an air pod in the whole time and answered phone calls during the appointment while my GF was trying to tell her how much pain she was in.She said it felt worse than any of the tattoos including the ones on her knuckles.You can see for yourself the result. This is immediately following the appoint, you can see the redness on the eye from the 2 hours of irritation, how uneven the lashes are, & glue residue on the top of the lash.All of this for $200+ even tho they were running a $99 special for new customers.I was excited to see how beautiful my girlfriend was going to look with her new lashes and see how happy she would be after treating herself in this way for the first time. Instead this is the result.The receptionist (slimy salesperson) instead of listening to her concerns, tried to sell her a long term subscription that she could not cancel.This place is a joke. I'll see them tomorrow for a refund.

Do not go here if you are a first timer!!!! I had a very difficult time with the gel pads and tape for my bottom lashes and there was zero customer service. The so called “master”(which costs an extra fee) did not have her cart stock and had to keep leaving the room for supplies, never even introduced herself, continually used terms I did not understand and had to remind her THIS IS MY FIRST TIME. her phone was not on silent. She had an AirPod in. Never checked in to see how I was doing or talk through what she was doing to me.Person at counter continually tried to sell me a membership before even going in for the service.After doing my research, it’s clear she was not placing the pads too high causing my eyes to keep watering.The studio itself needs renovations. The tables are scuffed and there’s a hole in the fabric. The walls have so many bangs and scratches all over them.I almost never leave a review but I left that place crying after spending 2 extremely uncomfortable hours and over $200!!!!

Dear management,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service I recently experienced at your establishment, Mickinney uptown location. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has left me with no choice but to address several issues that I believe require immediate attention.First and foremost, I was appalled by the discriminatory treatment I received during my visit to your uptown dallas location in August and on 9/20/23. It became apparent to me that I was treated unfairly due to my “type” of lashes. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also illegal, and it tarnishes the reputation of your organization.Secondly, the overall quality of customer service I encountered was far below the standards I expected from amazing lash, considering I do not receive this treatment at any other location. The staff members I interacted with displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They appeared disinterested in assisting me, and it was evident that they did not prioritize customer satisfaction.Additionally, when I attempted to address these concerns with the management on the same day, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability within your organization.I believe that every customer should be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of their background or identity. Discrimination has no place in any business, and it is essential that your company takes immediate steps to rectify this issue.To address this matter, I kindly request the following actions be taken:1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the discriminatory incident and take appropriate disciplinary action against the individuals involved.2. Implement diversity and sensitivity training for all staff members to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.3. Improve the overall customer service training and standards within your organization to ensure that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action to rectify the issues I have raised. I believe in the potential for positive change within your organization, and I hope that my unfortunate experience will serve as a catalyst for improvement.I look forward to hearing from you within 14 days regarding the steps you intend to take to address these concerns. I was thinking about canceling lash extensions all together, but once they came off, realized I wanted them back. McKenzie at West Village was extremely helpful and talked me through my options (WITHOUT A HINT OF JUDGEMENT), listened to my requests and worked with me; going above and beyond to find a solution that allowed me to keep my lashes in a way that worked with my budget and lifestyle. That, along with Martha's extraordinary talents, made this location my go to. I can't wait to get back to my "normal" self with fabulous lashes (compliments of Ms. Martha) that all of my friends rave about.

Courtney...you are awesome ? I've seen her for my last two fills and, not only do she work fast, she does a beautiful job! I've only done the classics for my fills but I'm going to try the hybrid next time. I get off the table smiling! P.S., my lashes are naturally blonde, curly and long but you can hardly see them with the extensions!

I have a very busy and inconsistent schedule, and love that I can always fit in an appointment around it, when needed!I highly recommend Joanna & Martha. They are so talented, and always get my lashes right every time. Pay the extra fees for the master stylists and the hybrid look, because it’s so worth it!

West Village! I love this location. I've been to other locations, but this one is near my office, and I like it the best. The staff is wonderful, and CHLOE is AWESOME! I've had other technicians, but she is by far the BEST. She's very talented and absolutely knows what's she's doing. And she is very sweet and interesting to talk to! The girl at the front is extremely rude. My lashes came off, so scheduled an appointment a few days after I got them done. Once I walk in for my appointment she started attacking me with her attitude and saying that she was giving them for free while looking down on me. I NEVER said I wanted anything for free, I literally went in for a refill. Why would you decide to make someone feel inferior and then say that you’re giving them something for free in an extremely rude way. I obviously paid like I’d intended from the start, but I don’t need another racist person assuming that I can’t pay for my stuff because I’m Mexican.All that aside, the technicians are amazing. I wish the front desk staff was as nice and professional as them

Beware of keeping a card on file at this location. I canceled my membership years ago. Received phone call from this location Friday but no VM was left so I assumed it was promotional. Next day, my card was charged $124.99 with no notice. They allowed someone to make an appointment under my name with no security measures in place to confirm identity over the phone. The customer never showed for the appointment under my name so I was charged. Absolutely unacceptable. Still waiting on a manager to call me back since they are not on site over the weekend. I have used Amazing Lash in 3 different states and never had a problem.To the owner commenting-I spoke with your front desk Saturday who promised management would be calling me Monday. You have had an entire business day and did nothing. This is FRAUD

The stylists are not trained and I was charged for a master stylist when she was not. The glue made my eyes so red for days and lashes started falling out within 24 hrs. When I called to explain the situation, the manager was less than helpful and said that the reason the lashes were falling out was due to the stylist not being a master stylist and that I would need to pay again to see another stylist. Poor customer service and poorly run franchise! Do not go to this location!

I'm an amazing lash member but normally go to a different location. Went yesterday for a full set for an event and they moved me from a senior stylist to someone else and I'm paying for it. My eyes were so red and watery and the stylist said it's probably from the glue fumes. The way my eyes were taped they were still open. It took over two hours. It's the next day and my eyes are still very red, painful and my lashes don't quite look how I want.
