I have had 4 cars with tinting installed at 4 different places and Alta Mere has been the best experience thus far. 1) quality work - I specially liked the way took off tolltag and inspection stickers without tearing apart so they could be re-applied after windshield tint cured. 2) the best quality film was used and 3) Dan new exactly the film tint type and specs to use for each window.

My friends and I all chipped in last June for my husband's birthday and got a gift certificate. He had just purchased a new pickup and what better gift than tinting the windows. Fast forward to last evening, I called Alta Mere and wanted to make an appointment for the husband. I spoke with Dan and from the first "Hello," the level of service has been impeccable! I was expecting to have to wait for an appointment but we were able to get in today. I gave Adam all of the details for the job and this morning when my husband took the truck in, he was greeted by name from Dan. The whole service (front two windows) took all of a couple hours. When it came to pay, we did not realize the gift certificate was good for 6 months. (Honestly, we didn't look at it again after his birthday until today.) The total today was $210 and the GC was $250. They accepted the GC even after we said they didn't have to at all. That is what I say is top notch service from start to finish. Let me be clear... please do not take old expired GC's in thinking they will accept. It was a gracious gesture with no expectancy. Thank you, Alta Mere and Dan, for superb service!!

The tint on the back window of my 2016 Accord was cracking and peeling. Alta Mere removed the old tint and applied a new tint, and it's really made a difference in the look of my car. They got me in on Saturday and were done in a little over 3 hours. Very pleased with the service and the professional job they did. I paid a little more for the lifetime guarantee, but it's worth it.

Dan is a great dude. Excellent service, attention to detail, and customer experience. Treated my "beater with a heater" just like it was a Corvette. I didn't talk to any other staff, though whoever tinted my truck, did a great job.

I'm satisfied with the quality of my tinting. Service was fast and friendly. My car was done 2 hours after I dropped it off. Note: plan to drop off, since a waiting area was not an option, unless you want to stand outside for a few hours.
