Alset did a great job on my 2024 Lexus. Although they specialize in EVs, they are very capable of handling other vehicles. The service, price, and location are all top notch and the front PPF and ceramic turned out fantastic. Very good attention to detail (PPF was wrapped around panels to hide the edges) and they also ceramic coated the wheels and interior as part of the package deal. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for PPF or ceramic, especially for the price.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by Alset Dallas on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland. Their team expertly tinted the windows, blacked out the lettering, painted the wheels black, and painted the calipers red. Chris provided detailed guidance throughout the process, keeping me informed with regular updates and photos. The entire experience was outstanding, and the communication was excellent.

Alset auto/Cris did an amazing job on my 2024 Tesla Model X. I got the combo package (PPF + ceramic) and also got my front doors tinted. The workmanship is top notch.Cris is easy to work with and has good communication skills.I highly recommend Alset Auto!

They are worse in doing job, Service is worse, I have opted for full front PPF and full car ceramic with exterior and interior, they didn’t do any ceramic coating in the interior I am not sure how well they have done on exterior, they did worse in PPF it started pealing of immediately they left shop immediately after giving, they didn’t even give walkthrough, they are talking of my color and you people will get what you pay for showing racism. Will ALSET TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. They lock my car inside and telling me you pay and then go out. They are not addressing the issues which I have shown them. There work is almost like kids doing PPF they didn’t even do paint correction at all, I am seeing lot of scratches on the car, thats a brand new car. Please don’t take car to them, they will screw your car.

Tesla Model 3 window tint. Jon does an amazing job with customized communication and customer care. His colleague Chris is very experienced and talented working with the vehicles. Attached to this review my before and after photos.Conveniently located across the street from Tesla on St. Elmo Road and several lovely coffee shops and food culture you can only find in Austin, Texas. Plenty to keep you entertained while Jon and his staff professionally tend to your vehicle.

Another happy customer here. I only had tint done on my 2023 M3. There was a manufacturing issue with the back glass panel on my vehicle. Alset handled the situation perfectly and I felt like they were very customer focused. I am very happy with the quality of work and customer service.

I took my newly acquired Tesla Model S to Alset for a full wrap, full exterior ceramic, interior ceramic, and painting my brake calipers red. Chris and his team at Alset were incredibly easy to work with. They did an excellent job wrapping and ceramic coating my vehicle--they wrapped all the edges. Chris communicated with me throughout the process, providing updates on my vehicle's progress along the way. They even completed my vehicle's service 4 days earlier than initially promised. The cost was reasonable considering the labor involved. I'll definitely use Alset for any other services needed for my Tesla.

I can’t stress this enough… Alset is THE place to go if you have a Tesla. I got the Combo (Front PPF & Ceramic Coating) and I’m so happy with it. I looked all over the metroplex for the right fit. Alset gave me a fair price, was able to get me in quick, but more importantly did exceptional work. I got a PPF wrap and tint. Both were impeccably done.
