I wish I could give this place 1000 stars because of how amazing my experience with this particular location is. As a small business owner this is a perfect place for me. Everyone who works in here listens so well and cares about each printing project. Shout out to Noelle, the lead graphic designer! She is so friendly and thorough with her work! I will always use this place. Pricing is the best in Dallas and the customer service is the best I have ever had at a print shop.

I had a rough start to my experience as my project was assigned to an employee who left the company. About 3 weeks later I reached out again and got immediate response. From that moment on it went perfect. I really appreciate the staff’s kindness and courtesy . Even offering me physical not only digital proof. Excellent team !

I've used Alpha a few times to get catalogs & brochures printed and they always do an excellent job. They're really helpful when it comes time to set up the pages for printing (not my expertise), and the end result is always nice. I generally work with Shonna & she is fantastic. Thanks!
