My brother was in a car accident and he came across this diamond in the ruff car dealership I have to say it was a seamless experience for my brother since I had to take him up there and look at the fantastic Toyota fj cruiser and then when he got his insurance check he could get purchase his vehicle and JOE !!! was the best with my brother who had already been in an accident and didn't need any issues with a car dealership I'd recommend Joe for any car purchase and the dealership . I can only say thanks Joe for having the vehicle my brother was looking for and getting him an excellent experience at your dealership

Found a car I wanted - Salesman was great. Got a 24hr test drive. Went back and purchased. Filled out all my info online, so spent very little time with the finance department. Third car purchased from CarMax, they are my go-to place for great late-model used cars!

Joe is super nice! A Really awesome guy!! I bought a car from him on Monday super clean as described in the Internet . Hey even told me what he fixed and cleaned !! There were some vibrations when I was on the highway after I bought it! I called him up and told him about it, hey apologized and told me to bring the car by and I'll fix it! Even do I bought it AS IS!! He balanced the tires and ordered so 16 new slug nuts since they were not the right ones on the vehicle! And all with no extra cost. I would by a car from him any day!!!!!

Great guys here. Been looking for particular make and model, with low mileage used car for my 80 yr old mom for over 6 weeks. Couldn’t find anything in my area (Waco Tx). Did a few searches in the DFW area online. Contacted serval used car lots. Narrowed it down to 4 dealers. Contacted all of them by email with all of them replying. Most just emailed me saying “come by for a test drive”. But Joe from Alliances Automotive texted me saying he may have a car that would fit my needs and tight budget. Answered most of my questions. But most importantly if he didn’t know he didn’t pretend he did and was up front and honest about it. Even text me the car fax. Set aside a Saturday to look at all 4 cars. But only looked at 2. Joe gave me the best deal I’ve seen in the last 2 months of searching. Also went out of his way after the sale to deliver the car to my home. In all my years of buying cars. I’ve never had a dealer drive hour and half (one way) to deliver a car. Not even new car dealers. Now that’s what I call service!
