The large dude with a beard working weekends sure knows how to make customers feel welcome (<insert sarcasm). I asked him for recommendations on arrow lengths for my wife who's a new shooter. He said it depends too much and wouldn't. So I told him a number and he cut her arrows. He then asked how long I wanted the other arrows cut and I told him. He acted surprised like it was an odd number (31" - I'm 6'1" btw). Then, as I talked myself out of spending more money in the shop I begrudgingly asked if he had any 100 grain field points to which he replied "yeah they're right here" and acted like I should have seen them. I said "oh I saw those but their bullet points, not field points" to which he replied "they're the same thing". I said "no a field point is concave and a bullet point is well, bullet shaped". I then showed him on the box where it said "bullet point" and he continued to double down that they're the same thing. Here's a picture of a bullet point and field point per hunter Ed dot com.The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is that my first experience with who I assume is the manager was actually really pleasant (guy with a mustache... Kinda looks like a cop ?) Unfortunately there's not a way to rate a store mon-fri and give a different rating for the weekend lol.

Dylan, in the marine department, is the man! I brought my trolling motor in with a leak and he had it fixed just a few hours later and called me to come pick it up. I fish almost everyday, for him to get it repaired that fast is amazing. Thank you!

This is the only place where I will let them work on my bows. Scott is fantastic. They have everything you need, whether you're target shooting or hunting. Their prices are comparable to big box stores, just more knowledgeable.

I broke the control cable on my trolling motor and wasn't going to get to store before closing and I called and they stayed open an extra 30 minutes giving me time to get there. This saved my bacon as I had a tournament the next morning and had to have the parts that night. Thanks again!

I Paid $325 to have 1 wire run from trolling motor to battery charger. Gary told me that someone had wired the charger wrong (although for the past 3 yrs it had worked just fine). He said it needed to be re-wired with marine wire. The actual issue was a bad battery. ( discovered after I got home and the problem I took it in for was still there). These guys are about as dishonest as you can get. Boat also sat in their shop for 6 weeks " waiting on parts" from precision sonar to install new fish finder and transducer. I called them and got the run around twice and the last time I called they told me the parts had just come in and my boat would be put back in the rotation. Another week went by and I just showed up at their shop to bring my boat home. Low and behold I was lied to about the parts being recieved. I have now installed the fish finder myself with the parts I ordered myself from percision sonar that took 3 days to recieve. You will be taken advantage of! Do yourself a favor and take your boat elsewhere.

Really really nice place and organized, he adjusted my bow and teach me how to used it, they were really nice and patient that was my first time going to a range and I loved it, he fixed a lot of stuff on my bow and help me to get cheap and nice items that helped me out a lot, that is by far one of my favorite places now. He didn’t charge me for the range because I payed for other items so it was super nice
