Very professional, efficient and easy to work with. They made the experience very easy and kept me rest assured my belongings would be well handled.

the worst moving experience I have ever been through. bait and switch 2 days prior to the move and screwed us on the cost. got to our destination and they wouldn't unload our things until we paid which included outrageuos fuel and travel charges. stay away.

Starting with Codi who answered my call- she did everything she could to squeeze me in the DAY OF! Adrian helped with clear communication when I was to expect the team. Sayous and Aaron were extremely quick & efficient. Also just being genuinely kind people who made this move as painless as possible. I’m so grateful and would recommend this company 100000% for any future moves.

The worst moving company ever. Lied about pricing, jacked around and took forever and the other man helping was playing on his phone the entire time. Didn't even hardly help move. My fiance had to help them move stuff, tape stuff up, and wrap things. They also charged $60 for wrap that we didn't need or ask for. DISAPPOINTED & DO NOT recommend this place. They need to refund part of our money for how much they lied and scammed us.

I used All My Sons Moving & Storage company to move my normal 2 bedroom apartment. 1 couch, 1 queen size bed with a dresser, mirror, 1 night stand, 1 office desk and a chair, a small dining table with 4 chairs, 1 coffee table, 4 book shelves and very few boxes of clothes. The move DID NOT include any of the kitchen items or the TV or any other item other than what was listed above. Many of the remaining items where moved by us on a separate day. All My Sons recommended to add 1 additional person to the 2 guys that come with the truck for an additional fee as the 3rd person should speed the time of the move and it should save us money at the end of the day. The third person they sent me did not add any value to the move, the 2 guys were fine, but the third person they sent was too slow,. For Example, by the time the third added person wrapped 1 book shelf, the other mover wrapped 3 book shelves. One of the movers acknowledged how slow the third person was, and when it was time to pay the moving bill, I brought this matter to the moving manager, and when he checked with his movers, they told him that the third person was too slow. I received a credit for ONLY 1/2 hour. The move that should have taken 3 guys less than 2 hours, took them 5.25 hours and I ended paying $830 and another $100 in tip. This was more than double of what I was expecting to pay. I do not recommend this company, and for sure I do not recommend adding a third person to the move since it will not reduce your overall bill, on the contrary, it will increase the hourly rate for no additional benefit. In addition, they broke the leg of the night stand, and I had to submit a damage claim.

I moved with All my sons on January 8th. The movers were very professional and got the move done very quickly! But the movers broke my dresser. I went through the proper steps to file a claim, but they only gave me $125 which is not nearly enough to replace what they broke. I called to ask about it and the person in the claims department was very cold and unprofessional. I would not recommend this moving company. If they damage your furniture, they will not pay to replace it.

Would never use them based on how they treat their employees!! Love that my pregnant girlfriend working from home gets fired when putting in her two weeks before she goes to be induced. Imagine having an employee who is courteous enough to actually leave a two week notice. Takes a special kind of evil and heartlessness to take a whole extra check off the dinner table from an expecting mother.. You'll be treated as a number whether you're an employee or a customer. This trash company was going to make her come in and work the day before her induction date!! Forced her to get a doctors note to work from home even while the job description when she was hired on said work from home is an option.

I set an appointment with them. I was quoted a day and a price. It was more than I was hoping for, but seemed fair. The day they were supposed to show up, they called and said that they miss quoted the price and that it would be $500 more then the quote. I told them no, and now I am scrambling to find someone else. I have spent my working career in retail, and never have I changed a quote like this. They should be ashamed.

ABSOLUTELY avoid at ALL COST!!!!! Explain how it costs $1500 to move a 1 bedroom apartment that was already boxed from Dallas to Frisco????? The original quote was close to $700. I agreed although we previously paid $400 to move from a 3rd story apartment to a first floor in Dallas but the same distance. I had a tight time line so I had little choice and my previous movers were booked up. Once the movers arrived at the new place, before they unloaded anything, they informed us the actual price and said if we don't pay the $1,500 they were going to bring the truck, with our belongings, back to my original location and unload it there. When I called to speak with the manager he told me the reason for the price was the distance the movers had to walk, to and from the truck. Mind you, I moved to and from a first floor apartment. He also said they charge by the hour, which was insane to me because again, it was a 1 bedroom apartment, already boxed up and it took them 8 HOURS!!! They sent a 70 yr old man and a kid that told us it was his first week on the job. They broke a TV, and Keurig coffee pot, kept my step stool and then offered to pay me $120 to replace the items. The managers were rude, unhelpful and down right arrogant. Please don't ever use this company. They will scam you and hold your belongings hostage so you pay an outrageous price. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely NO STARS. The worst moving company I have ever used. And I've moved many times! They didn't finish the job of moving my 2 bedroom apartment the first day; so I had to hire them again the next day. They charged me more for 1/2 day the second day than all day the first day! They demanded payment in cash ahead of time, then left my bed and couch outside (it RAINED the next day!) and left the job without even telling me. They REFUSED to make it right! REFUSED to come back and move the items in. REFUSED to pay for the rain damage. I had to hire another moving company to move the items they left outside. And to top it all off, they were rude about it. Simply, THE WORST.

We had major issues with how they packed our items. Picture frames under shoes and books. Shoes under heavy books. Computer monitor at the bottom of a wardrobe box that was fully packed. Thankfully, nothing broke. In addition, the crew didn't fully move all of our items. They left behind our patio furniture, mirror, and three small boxes. Also, they left a couch, table, and futon at the bottom of our old apartment stairs. We had asked them to take it to the trash versus our new apartment (the move was the same complex, just different buildings), and they told us they would. They did not.Lastly, they overcharged us for moving materials and did not use the materials we provided for the move. They charged us for 16 wardrobe boxes (their most expensive boxes), and I only counted 10. Four of the wardrobe boxes had bedding and pillows in them. They did not need to be a wardrobe box. We had 3 of our own wardrobe boxes they didn't use. We should have only been charged for three wardrobe boxes. They charged us for two shrink wraps but only wrapped two dressers and a TV stand. They also took my own shrink wrap I had provided. They charged us for four mirrors/TVs. They didn't move one mirror and didn't wrap another. We had one TV box, and they didn't use it. They charged us for 16 boxes of small, large, and dish sizes. We only counted 12, and we had six of our own large boxes they didn't use. We were charged for 12 tapes and found four half-used tapes throughout the boxes. We were charged for moving paper, though we had provided a large box of our own moving paper that was not used. Overall, they charged us $855 for moving materials.Thankfully, the management team gave us back half of the materials cost. However, we had to do our own labor of about 3-4 hours for the items they left behind. I requested a refund of at least 1 hour, and they didn't give us that. Disappointing.I felt that the movers purposely used the full 8 hours. We moved from building 5 to building 2 of a complex. We moved from a one-bedroom with a garage (fully packed) to a two-bedroom.The person who helped set up my move and the management employee I spoke with were kind. However, I would never move with this company again.

A one bedroom move cost me $1500 please run form this dishonest company. Paid for 3 guys they sent two men and a woman. Movers were slow and they were taking personal calls on their phones. Please take your hard earn money elsewhere. My son even help to try to speed the process up. Management was notified but did nothing. They have taken complete advantage of me. The only recourse I have is to write a review and try to warn others. This should be ilegal. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have believed the bad reviews. I fell for the advertising, this company is horrible. And the management is awful. I don't write reviews because if I get bad service I just don't patronize that business again. But the injustice that was done to me today warranted me to speak up and say something. Hopefully, I'll save someone else the tears.

Greg Davis and his colleague were awesome! They were fast and very careful with all of my items. They were awesome and deserve a raise and a super nice 5 star steak dinner!!!
