I love this brand and this little shop. One of the employees named Christina was so welcoming and made my shopping experience easy. I asked for a pair of shorts in my size and this girl goes and brings me the cutest tops without asking. Go check it out!

Great items. Unfortunately service is lacking. I walked in the store with my mom and brother without being acknowledged for 10 mins or so. I saw the SA was busy helping another woman and then another SA started helping me so I excused that. Rachel appeared to be very helpful in my search for jeans. When I asked her to look up if they had a couple other items that were on sale, she said she would call the stores get back to me via text. She also informed me about a styling box/Trunk Club type of service A+O offers since I live in Vegas where there is no store. I spent my time signing the paper. I followed up with her the following day for the items she said she would look into. One week later, no response. Don't waste your time here and just go to Neiman/Nordstrom. They also ask a lot of questions about what you do for a living. More than the usual. Perhaps they use this to discriminate against those who they believe don't have money. If so, boy was she wrong in her assumption :)
