This place deserves 0 starts!! Horrible experience!! After saving my hard earned money, I treated myself to new kitchen cabinets. I paid thousands of dollars to have cabinets made. I took my old cabinets to Alexander so that he could make the new cabinets like my old ones. That didn't happen! The cabinets Alexander made were WAY smaller than my old ones. I can hardly put anything in the cabinets Alexander made. The measurements were completely off. I have half the space that I originally had. Alexander did not return my phone calls until a month later. Now, I'm stuck with cabinets that I hate and I'm also out of thousands of dollars. Alexander didn't seem to care at all. I'll never patronize this business again, and I will advise others to stay away! A waste of time and money. Extremely stressful and costly experience.Service: Cabinet design

I have relied upon Alexander to get the job done and get it down right for years. Normally I would purchase items they already had in stock however I had them do something custom for me and they nailed it!I am cut currently looking for a chest of drawers and some unique size nightstands. Remodeling a 60's era house is a challenge! The kitchen is an odd size and after searching several places that sell ready-made cabinets, I was unable to find any cabinets that met the size and configuration requirements of the kitchen. Looking into custom cabinets, I found everything was way over my budget. Then I found Alexander Salvage. They were very flexible and made all cabinets to my specifications. They even made changes on some cabinets that resulted from a misunderstanding. The cabinets did take a lot of time, but it was worth the wait.
