Went with my son to have work done on his freightliner alternator, the gentlemen not only explained everything to my son but also myself. They took the time to replace non working parts and explained each step. Great service and great people.

Great service... they tested my new starter for me before I left and gave me a complimentary drink while I waited and the whole staff from the guy eating lunch outside to the guy answering the phone and even the 2 guys that tested the starter great vibes and atmosphere for a small business.. keep it up

I brought them my starter off an old Honda accord in 25 mins or less of being there they fixed what I brought it in for and they had found another issue and was going to repair that as well. Overall very cool people and great customer service. I definitely recommend this place.

Today I went to this shop to get my alternator fix almost at closing time and they took care of my alternator really well. Even they threat me as a family with a great conversation while they fix my alternator. Hands down to this guys and their awesome job. I've been doing business here for over 20 years and have never had any disappointing service. From semi to automotive starters and alternators.They are cheaper than buying new parts and even better service after the sale.Example; my brothers 1996 Dodge 2500 starter went out and he was going to pay over 200 dollars and wait 3 days to get one I suggested Advanced Starter Service and was repaired for less than 35 dollars and it's still working today.

Not good service and staff... they not cover the warranty , they not found a invoice and i losse my money in service over there. I try to get help with my damage alternator and they just one to charge me the again everything.

Not good services. They rebuild my alternartor 1 months ago and just get damage and they say the alternator is over load and is not cover over the warrranty.

John helped me out. He not only help me he made sure that I was not stranded. Office is closed he came back to his shop around 8pm just to replace the wrong alternator. He goes a step further and gives me a 85% discount. Honest to God truth! For that his business is Bless!!! You need alternator, starter this the place to go. They guarantee customers satisfaction. I was told at the dealership that it would take 3 weeks to get a new starter for my MF 383.I called Advanced Starter after 3PM and they had a new starter by 12:30 the next day. Great Service.

Abraham and Roy are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They and their colleagues at Advanced Starter have generously performed on three separate occasions in regards to alternator diagnosis & repair and starter motor diagnosis & repair for Bosch and Paris-Rhome electrical system components in a 1979 Porsche 928.They removed the uncertainty from identifying electrical faults and correcting the electrical faults which made the reviving of the Porsche 928 more encouraging.I highly recommend Abraham, Roy, and the rest of the team at Advance Starter Service for alternator and starter motor diagnosis and repair. They are thorough and diligent as well as polite and good natured.Go to their shop thirsty, because there is complimentary cold bottled water and soda pop in the beverage cooler.
