Went in to have battery checked and explained that I purchased it from ft hood Tx area. After not finding my information in the store system, Mr. Lloyd explained the difference between the two systems used by the stores. After trying to charge the battery, He called the other store & got the warranty information needed to exchange it. He even recommended a battery maintainer to make sure I don’t run into this problem again if I have the vehicle parked for an extended period of time. While we were waiting for the battery to charge, he offered us some snacks and even performed a advance auto parts quick commercial moment ?. Thanks so much for your help Mr. Lloyd & your great customer service!!

That's very updated Parts high quality parts decent prices I was talking to the lady there he's an older lady no disrespect very friendly and she always takes the time to look up every item that I ask her about never feels overwhelmed I really appreciate her as the people that work there they do an outstanding job

Don't advertise "free diagnostics for check engine light" if your employees are going to have such a TERRIBLE attitude about it. (Antonio I believe his name was) made me wait another 20 minutes after his co-worker got back from lunch while she wandered the aisles aimlessly, complained to me about how busy he was, and literally said, "you know... Auto Zone and O'Reilly's can do this same thing for you?" From the way this guy treated me from beginning to end you would have thought I had insulted his mother

Called this morning asking if I made an online order could I bring it to any store. The guy says I think you have to take it back to the original store where you purchased it, which is fine except I’d rather someone be answering the phones who actually knows. Any why is AAP such a huge chain and I have to take it back to that specific store? What if I bought it in another state and I’m not going back? Just have your people do a little better when it comes to assisting customers.

I was having bad cellphone service/signal today. Had to call several times due to this, only to be told they don't have the part for my vehicle because it's 'too new'. This ignorant statement was made after the male worker RUDELY answered the phone saying how this is the third time I've called! I guess he doesn't know how sometimes cellphones don't work properly! Super ghetto.???

Came to get some brake disks for a dodge with my commercial account and the brakes they got for me were the wrong ones so o didn’t take them.. a few months later I started getting collection letters and the manager told me just to pay for them in order for the collectors to stop. Nice way to do business..

I went to this location because it is a UPS drop off and pick up for packages. What I found was packages from 6 months ago sitting there waiting to be returned to the merchant or taken out to be delivered to original delivery address. My package was located in the computer data base however it was not located in the store due to so many packages being there they could not find it. UPS needs to get on the ball!!! Can you imagine how many claims there have been filed? The loss to the merchant and the customer alone, not to mention UPS. Will try to find an alternative to use for shipping any merchandise I purchase.

Great help finding all I needed to replace my spark plugs and an ignition coil. I finally got around to doing it and as a woman doing anything on my car on my own, it really takes the stress out of it all when someone helps you gather the items. I totally forgot to get her/they's name but she's amazing in every way!! Thanks chica! You know who ya are! Super cool tall chica with all the knowledge! Thanks a billion!!!
