This facility is the worst I have been to for drug testing. They have you waiting for over an hr. Then when you get back to test they don’t have any locks on the bathroom doors. They rush you while talking to people outside the door about whatever they did last night. You can hear everything. Evette was the rudest person. She doesn’t need to work in this environment if she cannot provide customer service and courtesy. She has a really nasty attitude. No introduction just pointed and rolled her eyes.

Welcoming staff! Truly a gem. Could be in a better location but besides that I’d suggest employers send their staff as well as truck drivers complete DOT physicals at that location.

I have had several DOT drug test completed over the years. I have never been denied water until TODAY! No signage of DOT rules or regulations pertaining to water refusals was posted anywhere and no water container was available. I provided a sample and because it wasn’t enough, she discarded my sample! The staff member then offered me two bottle water and a 3hr wait time. This is ridiculous… to prevent situations like this there needs to be a protocol in place and posted everywhere!!!!!

Very professional and helpful. Bestie, Angel, and Kim all helped me to understand what was going on and how things were going to be done. If I ever need testing again I will definitely be coming back here.

Doctor Debra was professional, efficient and kind. It was an excellent experience for DOT exam. As a professional driver it is hard to find a good clinic to take care of these things. I highly recommend her services!
