I have had several DOT drug test completed over the years. I have never been denied water until TODAY! No signage of DOT rules or regulations pertaining to water refusals was posted anywhere and no water container was available. I provided a sample and because it wasn’t enough, she discarded my sample! The staff member then offered me two bottle water and a 3hr wait time. This is ridiculous… to prevent situations like this there needs to be a protocol in place and posted everywhere!!!!!

Very professional and helpful. Bestie, Angel, and Kim all helped me to understand what was going on and how things were going to be done. If I ever need testing again I will definitely be coming back here.

Doctor Debra was professional, efficient and kind. It was an excellent experience for DOT exam. As a professional driver it is hard to find a good clinic to take care of these things. I highly recommend her services!

Speed isn’t a pro here neither is professionalism, good customer service nor common sense.The line is never long at the end of the day but still slow so I'd hate to see it 3+ patrons waiting. The place seems a little rinky dink. I got asked did I want to cone back the next day just because I showed up after 4:30p, I didn't see a sign or policy stating anything about a last walk in cut off time ...I literally witnessed the testing nurse say im good to go but the h..f.r at the desk/window took it upon herself to counter that with an excuse about what if cant pee. I guess so she she can take her lazy a.. home i guess. Im coming back monday at 4:25p and stay past 5pm bc i won't be able to pee Now how about that? but BBB and google reviews are going to do the rest of the talking for me. Believe the negative reviews
