I can't praise Clay and company enough. For a $60K house, I could have been buying a $500K house to merit such meticulous attention and astute consultations. Things are easy when all goes smoothly, but when the seller balks on the contract and you have to wait and then resubmit and wait for the TWO repair confirmations by the appraiser, it is great to have someone who knows from experience how things usually go. His ability to find better insurance rates and advice on all of the different possibilities presented with a house purchase were quite invaluable and quelled my hysteria.

My experience with Leticia Ramos was great at the beginning I was very excited because she at first gave me options so I could buy a house. I was very excited to start the process. After I started looking for properties it took a while obviously because the market we are in. When I found a property that I liked my realtor asked her for the pre approval letter and she kept telling us a time she would send it and never did. Her service left me feeling frustrated and let down. Communication was an issue with her she always had an excuse as to why she couldn’t deliver. I have multiple text messages trying to contact her that she often ignored.Overall, I had high hopes for a smooth and efficient lending experience, but unfortunately, Leticia fell far short of my expectations. Fortunately I was able to purchase the property I wanted another way. I would caution others against using her services.

Jovon has exceptional customer service skills. He made himself available during my home buying process whenever I needed assistance, just had a question, or needed to talk.Jovon exudes a wealth of knowledge regarding his job and sets realistic expectations for his clients. Jovon makes the buying process feel more like a partnership or family affair.Jovon is my favorite superhero and deserves a bonus or increase in pay just based on his skills, vernacular, customer service, follow-up, and empathy that he shows to his clients. This type of service is almost ancient when it comes to customer service but Jovon is the best!I'm not sure if your company promotes employee awards, but if you do I nominate Jovon for the highest level award you offer and hope it's value includes at least a exotic vacation because Jovon deserves that or a promotion to the next level in his job ranking as he has the ingredients of a great leader and is a tremendous asset to your company.
