This hotel delivers up to AC brand standards---spacious room, well apportionment, modern design, clean and comfortable. A word of caution-the hotel is boxed in on all sides so unless you are in the topmost floor don't expect much natural light. Points are deducted for TV that was busted in my room. Otherwise this was a very satisfying stay

Nice comfortable room. Roomy bath. Good lighting. Great modern elevators where you can put your floor number in before you get on the elevator.

So a group of us went to AC Dallas with some friends and I want to say how impressed I was with experience. Andrea and Isaac were phenomenal and made sure everyone had a great time. Thanks to the excellent customer service and tasty drinks, we will def be back!

Finding Parking can be Stressful but Jarrod from Valet made it so easy and helped me find my way which I am sooo great full for!! Thank you much you are Amazing and it really makes a difference for customers experience

The hotel is great. The customer service and the valet where great as well. The reviews are right the valet is $50. But because the location is pretty rough with a lot of homeless you have to valet it. It's in the heart of downtown probably not the safest place. But when you're staying close to the convention center it's convenient.
