I purchased a home with First Texas homes. The process was difficult with their preferred lender. They never answered my calls or even gave me a closing date. When I went with Anthony Tran he told me I was 1 week and a half away from closing date. The builder told us I wasn’t going to make it in time for closing. But Anthony and his team made it happen and proved the builder wrong! Thank you so much Anthony Tran!

My fiancé and I recently worked with Anthony Tran to secure a mortgage for first home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. It was our first time home buying and Anthony made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Initially, we were going to go with an internet lender. They gave us a very good rate but it was not going as smoothly. Our friends told us to give Anthony a try and it did not disappoint. Anthony got us an even better rate than other big lenders that we shopped around for. Anthony and his team worked diligently to help us secure the loan quickly. We were able to close within 3 weeks! I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Absolutely wonderful people.

Had a great experience with AML. Worked with Anthony Tran as my lender for a new construction home. He was able to get me a better rate then the builder’s lenders!
Had a few small hiccups with the builders towards closing but Anthony was great at communicating and navigating the process. He made the process smooth and took out the stress in buying a home.

Allow me to be the first to say this lender was one of the worst I had to deal with although I wasn’t the one who picked them but the way their officers handled the sale of my home was one of the worst experience and it caused me a lot of frustration and distresses. If you are a buyer and looking for a lender please stay away from this lender as they will do nothing but taking your money and not live up to their promises. Beware!!
