Every time I time I call Lydia She never returns my calls. When I do get a hold of her, she brushes me off to somebody else. I don’t know how she’s made it there so many years, her services abominable!

Incompetent! Somewhat snobby and glueless. I was redirected somewhere else when I asked about my life insurance with them. They said, we don’t have a life insurance broker at this location. Further more, someone mistakenly down graded my policy. And if this isn’t enough all rates have gone up! Sadly, I’m only five minutes from this location.

I use to love tripple A , but they have gone bad ever since covid. They will have you waiting for hours just to tell you someone isn’t coming , they people they contract with no longer take them serious they cancel at the last minute I do not recommend

How true the previous negative reviews are and had issues with the same person- LYDIA MORENO! I worked with her for my auto policy and got it for 1 year, paid in full. Now AAA is charging me more for unknown reasons and possibly due to their system error that the paid in full discount did not apply. Now only Lydia can fix the issue, I followed up with her, failed to get response after few attempts and tried to contact her Manager, Donovan Knighten. He responded back with false promises to fix the issue and further stopped responding as well. I am now forced to make extra payment than agreed or cancel and switch to a new insurance company.Just so much pain, waste of time and energy to work with these guys only to be left in limbo. These guys will go above and beyond to get your business (Lydia called me late evenings and early mornings to buy the policy) but will abandon you once the purchase is made. AVOID THIS BRANCH IF NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALL TOGETHER.

couldn't agree more with the other's review about Lydia Moreno. She is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. Quotes were fine. but her communication is dead cricket. She won't call back, text back. I had to call the 1-800 number and then have them reach out to Lydia; Also I had to call her manager and get her to respond back to my quotes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR AGENT - "LYDIA MORENO"

Not this specific AAA but the membership number I called was irritating. It's almost 2 Am and I been out in the cold with my mom who has to be up for work in 3 hrs. 1st they dispatched the wrong company which was out of north east tx. Then I specifically asked them to make sure the tow truck brings an impact gun. Which they did not do also. AAA IS OVERATED

You recently transferred my AAA Visa Rewards card to Comenity Bank. Big mistake! Have been waiting on a new card for weeks even though it's being mailed out of Dallas to West Texas. Comenity is the worst!! Hope they are paying you lots of money but if you look at the reviews on Yelp for them, 37 one stars in the last 2 days. Thanks for nothing AAA.

As you can see they only comment back on good reviews. Not concerned on people that have gave bad reviews and that had bad experience.Only if I can give -negative stars Would be great.Horrible service.Lydia was the agent that was apparently helping me.Never get a call back from Lydia or her manager. Was one price and went up triple, and could not be told why, for over a month till I got a call back from Corporate,still didn't help me and still wants me to pay, for the ridiculous amount they want me to pay should have stayed with my agent for over 3 years then switching to AAA.They only care about you when they write your policy, but after they just ignore you.

I don't know why AAA online doesn't transfer to the closest Agent in my city to open a New policy, my policy was done over the phone with Lydia located in Dallas and I'm in Houston!!!And my policy wasn't done correctly, was quoted one price and it went up!!!! Now Lydia doesn't know how to call her client's back or answer the phone, to get a hold of her I had to call from a different number and still get the run round, I'll call you back.I say stay away!! Go with All-State or State farm.
