Excellent service and competent staff. They are the closest service shop for one of my commercial carpet machines even though they Are 3 hours from my business. They have been quick and accurate on fixing any issues I've had as well as making professional recommendations for the life of my machine. Highly recommend!

Did a great job cleaning out my vacuum. They had a super fast turnaround and the price was very inexpensive. I have an expensive Miele that I've had for a long time and they keep it running like almost new.

We have used this repair shop before and were very satisfied until this last visit. After more than a month to get the vacuum back (they had to order a part) the first time I went to use it we found the repair was never done and the part not replaced.

These people have all over their website that they work on shark vacuums and that they have a 70% success rate with aftermarket parts but in reality they don't work on sharks at all I drove an hour one-way for nothing find somebody else who will have truth in advertising on their website

For 30 years...they serviced every vacuum I owned. We moved to Longview Texas... And no one could replace the brush head for me...the part was backed ordered on all the websites. So my wife and I came to Dallas for her shopping...I walked in to AAA Vacs with the broken brush head. Chris and Mark had the park at a good price. Thanks.

We got our Miele vacuum declogged here for $35. It’s working perfectly. Staff is professional and friendly and the turn around time was 3-5 days, compared to 10 day turnaround for some of the shops closer to us.
