My attempt to place an order turned into a total disappointment. They claimed to have an emergency, but it left me wondering what kind of emergency would prevent them from fulfilling my order. To make matters worse, they only offered assistance the next day. This bizarre behavior and poor customer service make me question whether it's worth considering this place in the future.

The entire experience was great! Saw this place on Google because I needed a gift engraved. Janelle was so nice and helped me pick out the perfect plate and laser engravement! Then Tanna sent me a proof via email before it was made and in less than 24hrs it was complete and it came out so much better than I could've ever envisioned. Thanks again and I will definetily return for future gifts!

Same day service on the day before Christmas. The people are very friendly, and help you decide what to get even if you know nothing about engraving. Excellent!
