If I could give zero stars, I would. Rude, completely unhelpful, and hung up on me. Apparently these folks don't realize how much their business depends on reviews from regular people like you and I. I would not go to this business in the future for anything. Horrible.

Very easy to work with. I took a plaque in there to add some names to it. In and out in 5min and they did the job perfectly. Will be going back soon for another item.

My attempt to place an order turned into a total disappointment. They claimed to have an emergency, but it left me wondering what kind of emergency would prevent them from fulfilling my order. To make matters worse, they only offered assistance the next day. This bizarre behavior and poor customer service make me question whether it's worth considering this place in the future.
