I bought a part, which was broken. They told me that I had a 30-day guarantee, I returned it after 3 days, they got it back and I never received my money back, I called him several times and he only told lies.

Said he'd be there at nine. At 930 still no one. Finally got it see the part and it was no good. Drove a long way for nothing. Liars. Don't waste your time like I did.

bought an alternator they "guaranteed" to work. Brought it home and tested it only to find out the bearing were bad and the voltage regulator failed. I messaged within 6 days and was told they could replace it if I brought the old one back first and waited for the new one. I messaged and said I would bring it back when the new one was in. Tried several times to reach out only to be ignored.

So I had to drop a review because this is the absolute worst place to do business with. My husband placed a review already (it starts off with “MUST READ”), but I felt the need to review as well. First off these people have the worst customer service in the world. They did not provide the correct auto part that we asked for and when the situation was not going their way they lied to the police and started harassing my husband and my family. Thank God we were able to take the high road and not respond to their racist comments and threats on our lives. These are the type of people that you have to record when talking to them because they lie and rob people out of their money. I had to record our whole encounter with them and provide it to the police to show they were liars. If you need a part I would advise you to go absolutely any where in the world before here.* Also while scrolling through the review, I saw that the owner (Albert Sanchez) made a review on his own store. If you were a legitimate business,you would not have to make false good reviews, your products and services would speak for itself*

DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME! It's been three months and my car is still not fixed !! This place is NOT RELIABLE, they suck at communication !! The place is filled with RATS! I went to take my car out of there shop and my seats where all torn with mice infestation! It's HORRIBLE!

Do NOT buy from this company, it is a scam, and you will be sorry in the long run. My husband bought an engine w/ a warranty, arrived was given the wrong motor, being that we live a couple hours away, we had to go back for the correct engine. Turns out they gave us the wrong engine AGAIN. Even the DA says we will never get our money back. If I could give a 1 out of 5, I'd call it a Negative 5. Horrible Sales Rep, difficult to reach / get ahold of. Does not return phone calls. Don't waste your time, and Don't waste your money.

Bought a 5.3 motor in January and I just had the money to put it in my suburban. I have 3 kids and a family to support. I spent $700 on the motor and it looked really clean on the inside. I finally get the money here in April I get it put in and as soon as it started there was a really loud knock. There was no chance this motor was ever good when it was sold to me. There's a 120 day warranty but apparantly it isn't covered. We are day 103 and the guy wants to be rude and call it suspicious. He won't even try to find a solution. I worked hard for this money and this is what I get in return? This is completely unbelievable that me and my husband have to go through this. Only god knows what we are going to do now.

Found these guys on offer up, they were selling a scion mirror for $40 guy told me I can have it for $30 after nagotiating. When I got there, they made me pay the $40 and said things like, “it's probably the same color so I don't have to charge you to paint it.†Anyways, really rude customer service. I will not go back to these guys.

This is the WORST JUNK YARD in the whole DFW area. The guys who work there, even the manger (John) are crooks. I initially went to go buy a 2005 Acura TL transmission and got offered free Delivery. They kept stalling, for 5 days making up excuses so I ended up picking it up. 2 days later my mechanic called me telling me that they had given me the incorrect transmission (2004 Honda odyssey). I requested my money back and they denied due to their policy. Their policy should be only valid if I was to actually get what I paid for. So he gave me store credit for what I paid for. Now they also promised to keep an eye out for Acura's in upcoming auctions. I've been waiting for almost 2 months and there had been no good news because they don't care for my satisfaction. I spoke to John today and he was being really disrespectful. Giving me no good response to my answers and basically called me stupid, that I only have store credit. I will be showing up there multiple times this month until I get my money from parts I can probably resale. Me being only 18 they think it's okay and profesional to take advantage of me. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THEM.
