Don't go to Grand Prairie office! Marlina is rude and when asked for manager she said she's the manager. When asked if she was the owner, she said no. So I proceeded to ask who her direct report or manager was, she hung up on me. Rude as hell.

Very bad service, I called to pay my insurance and he only gave me the price and I told him that it would be better not anymore and he cut me off. He didn't even say good morning, bad service, bad staff.

It took the man 2 hours and after charging our credit card for the deposite he kept changing what our monthly rate would be he didnt explain why it was so expensive and in the end we just took what he gave us because we kind of didnt have a choice. Will be going to a different company when insurance is due again. Wouldn't recommend them!!

This place never opens when they say they're open ! So annoying!! Don't put that yall open at 9 when there is clearly no one EVER there at 9!!!!! I specifically called a day before to make sure they would open on time and they said yes and again I come and no one is here !!
