@ 7:35 pm November 14, 2025. I came in for gas & I asked the cashier for change upon him giving me $15.00. I wanted 1.00 bills so I could give a elderflower money for gas. The cashier which was an Indian middle eastern young man. Flagg his hand with irritation and said the line was too long. I did not like his attitude. (Please bring back the Ethiopian employees.)

It looked like any other 7-11. The employee didn't allow me to enter my reward card but I saw he had put someone's in it because it showed a tremendous amount of points at the top. I asked for a receipt he said the printer was down. This place was kinda sketchy and in a very bad area. I recommend going to another 7-11 or gas station if you can. I wouldn't even use my atm or credit card here!

Worst experience of my life have never had such a hard time purchasing or returning brand new items. I bought a umbrella and found mine in my trunk tried to return it and was told my Ahmad and manager that it was nonrefundable but the receipt says other wise

This used to be a nice place before but the new owner is too cheap they used to have professional security guards or off duty police now there are homeless in front some of them aggressive if you don’t give them money no receipt papers in the pumps either the place is plenty busy why the owners don’t hire security this was my favorite place to put gas now I have to drive to quick trip

Its really dirty no napkins for the drinks when they spill and they have all the caps for the drinks everywhere. I hope they get good management

Trash all over the floor, bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels and the bathroom floor was wet and gross. Also the refrigerator case was full of mold if you looked behind the drinks.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was very helpful and store was exceptionally clean! My Family and I stopped here on the way to dallas, will definitely be coming back!

The worst customer service at this location. The cashier seems to work like a robot, no interaction, not even a smile, hello or thank you. I understand stores are busy and customers can be hard to deal with but rudeness shouldn't be an excuse.
