Why advertise a special but at the register charge full price? Happens every time I come here. Theft by Deception. Stores should be held accountable just as customers are if they were to steal from the store.

WORST customer service EVER. Giving one star is way too high but I cannot give any less. Owner has no clue about 7-11 programs, policies or local laws. I purchased an item using the 7-11 Mobil app and paid using same and he claimed that's a program not used by franchises he doesn't get that money and I was stealing. He then attempted to rip the milk I had purchased from my hands and this is after I had shown him the receipt with his store address and store number. He then locked the doors and refused to let me leave the store violating fire codes and essentially falsely imprisoning me. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. There are two other 7-11 within a mile.

The poorestly managed store location, I've ever encountered. I do not bring my business to this location, although its the closest. Clerk's here take pride in not knowing, caring, and being as rude to money(customers) as possible!
