Excuse my language but if I could give negative stars bro … shut this terrible excuse of a gas station down always dirty outside and in the service is always terrible and the workers catch an attitude with you because they barely speak English and every staff member I’ve met rude … like I tried to keep going cuz it’s close but today will be last … 45 mins to get 7$ with of gas is gah damn outrageous…

I had a very rude cashier, I asked for a money order and he got mad because a couple of my $100 bills were old. He say they're old and his machine won't take these, but he never tried. I would definitely not recommend coming here.

Two old men that are the oldest nastiest people I've ever met threaten me with a passage in the Quran that they're going to do me Buckley harm I'm a senior citizen I'm a woman over the age of 65 I'm filing harassment charges and I'm filing false you cannot lie without answering for it in a Court of law.You also cannot make idle threats without answering to it that is harassment that is emotional abuse, these men are vile wife beaters. We brought in cups we bought at a different 7/11 for a refill and when the cashier asked if it was new cups we said no but after we left we noticed he charged us anyway. He intentionally scammed us.

I honestly never come and make reviews, but this old clerk in the front had me heated. Hes disrespectful, I had to come in to put money on my card he said their machine wasnt working but did it for someone else. I wouldnt come here at all unless its for gas at this point. Yall need an entire new staff no wonder they windows broken almost every other time, they probably piss other people off! Horrible customer service

Stopped on my way home from work at 4am and the doors were locked. The guy working was named something like "Gershan" and he stood there behind the door starring at me like I was crazy for trying to shop there at that hour. He then signaled to me they were closed. I said 711 doesn't close. He then held up a tablet that they use to test on but I don't know what that was even supposed to mean. I continued to stand there looking for the number to corporate and then he came to the door to finally unlock it and let me in. When I told him I was going to contact corporate he said he didn't care. What is it with 711 hiring these rude unprofessional people these days. I will just quit shopping at them altogether if this keeps up.

I get iced coffee from this location all the time. For the past 3 months 711 has been advertising it. And like clockwork the same men ask me, "that iced coffee?" In the stupidest voice. Then of course once they ring it up they ask for my rewards number now, for a while they didnt which also posed concern.They either scan the cup or put a manual pricing in now which is strange since im just buying a beverage. So for the past 3 months my iced coffee has been either 99cents or $2.29. It cools as long as they keep the price low, but the fact that iced coffee is so foreign to them is amusing. I literally watch them malfunction as soon as I say, "it's iced coffee". They scramble to put in the price or scan the cup if there's a line. They should keep the same pricing on a big gulp beverage instead of thinking they can just charge people what they want. I'll definitely be an advocate for new management if they keep up the false pricing. It's becoming predictable and I'm trying hard not to embarrass them about it.

If it gave me the option to leave no stars that is what I would have picked this location is trashy and the employee at night shift fits the script was just trying to get some gas at 3:00 am and I had cash walked up too door it was locked guy was sitting down in a chair and waved me away like I was some homeless person. I will be taking this up to a Corperate level as 7-11 are supposed to be open 24-7 unless directed by the cdc to take extra cleaning measure but there is no order in place. Refusing service because your lazy is not right and violates consumer laws and right. I suggest you either fire your night shift guy or tell him to be more polite and gain some knowledge in customer service!

This stores gas pumps Take Your Money from your card but don't produce any gas,when you're forced to go inside to tell them they tell you to wait 12hrs to get your money back,meanwhile it has caused your card to Decline because the faulty pumps maxed your card.This happened to me in April,it took 6days to get my money back,but my 18yr old daughters money has Not been returned to her card its been 4days.ive been going to this gas station for 20yrs and this problem just started occurring!really sketchy!

This store is not open 24 hours. I arrived here Sunday Morning at 3:30 AM and the doors were locked with the only staff using the slashed throat sign that they were closed. Please edit the hours to accurately reflect the hours this store is open to prevent inconvenience of the customers and incorrect information on maps apps

They rude rushing n yelling at people i don't l Like this place We're literally standing in line and he's yelling at the guy in front of us to pay with cash because his car is not going through but it was just his whole demeanor and the way he was talking to the guy was just like rude and embarrassing
