Charged me twice saying that the register wasn’t working so go to other register, then never canceled 1st transaction. Gas is expensive enough but to have to pay twice for same gas!!!!! And then not be able to get ahold of store!

this store is not 24 hrs as stated and the gentleman closed the store super early this is exactly why no one goes to 7-11 no more they need to hired people that could multitask and handle customer orders and do stock and clean the store. How many it's easy but that is completely unacceptable from employees and the store

WHEN I WAS THERE HE ACT LIKE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE WAS PRESSING A LOT OF BUTTONS. I went to make a withdrawal right after he assured me that he canceled his transaction. The screen told me insufficient funds(WTF). So I went back to the Uber and left. YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MINUTES WITH THEM. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU ‼️ I was planning on calling my card to get answers but I saw a pending transaction for the amount that I was trying to withdraw. AND NOW I'M FCD BECAUSE DALLAS COUNTY CONSIDER IT AS low priority AND NOT ROBBERY. THEY WON'T EVEN COME UP TO THE MF STORE. I SEE WHY PEOPLE SAY F THE POLICE. SO I GOT F TWICE‼️

The worst 7 eleven you can go to. My bottled sprite and coke were warm, the bathrooms are a nightmare so disgusting, the fountain soda machine is nasty looks like it hasn't been cleaned. Corporate needs to come and fix this asap. ?
