I'm very thankful for the help that I received from the cashier this past Thursday evening. My purchase was reduced in half. I hadn't eaten all day and was very weak. A bag of chips and unsweet tea isn't much but was enough to regain the strength to reach my connection on time. Many appreciative thanks.

Gayle and I had just boarded our plane that would take us to MSY. Thanks to a light that went on and a bad news mechanical evaluation, the plane was taken out of service. We needed to wait for a new plane and since American Airlines couldn't tell us whether we'd be 15 minutes or 2 hours, our dining options did not include anything sitdown. When you're cranky and hungry, Oh Thank Heaven for 7-11! A couple pre-made sandwiches and 2 bottles of sparking water did the trick as we waited for the elusive boarding call.

Went in to get a coffee and it’s this tiny little counter that’s cramped back against the wall. I couldn’t even finish making my coffee before I was pushed aside by others because it’s so small. It was the only place to get coffee before my flight. It tasted awful and I couldn’t even get to a lid because they have one small spot for the lids and I couldn’t reach them so I spilled it on myself. Horrible experience and it’s too small for this airport. Don’t stop here for coffee.

Please remind your staff to speak to customers when they approach the registers, ask if there is anything else they need and if they need a receipt. I flew out of terminal E on Frontier going to Cincinnati on 12/22/23 and I stopped in the @ 9:10am. The young lady at the register was just unpleasant.

They treat the employees in Terminal C bad! I see them greeting all the customers but when it comes to the employees, they aren't friendly and they never give you your employee discount. You pretty much have to ask for it and that something that we shouldn't have to do! I'll go elsewhere before I let anyone treat me anyway! If I could,I would give them 0 stars! Terrible customer service!!!
