2am bald white dude is outside smoking a cigarette and does his hand under his chin shaking his head no telling us its closed. He walks inside and goes straight to the office behind the registers and hides. Workers pick and choose when they are open 2nd time over night ive tried to come and this has happlast time it was around 3:30 am when i was turned away. Dont advertise being open 24/7. Sat outside for 10 minutes dude walked out of office and walked right back in

Once again.Not the cashier, not the assistant manager (short Hispanic female, on her phone) nor a possible manager (male) are telling me that I cannot add points to my ExxonMobil points card by purchasing scratch off lottery ticketsBut I was just at Rush/ExxonMobil on Hampton and Illinois yesterday twice and purchased $20 worth and had 80 points added.This gentleman is insisting that points can only be added to gas and "merchandise ".(I understand that beer and wine might be acceptable). But the register adds it not, not the cashier.Seriously, everyone single employee needs a refresher training meeting.Or get rid of those that do not want to work, service a customer.This is getting ridiculous.And this happens mostly at 7-11 throughout Dallas, Texas.So disappointed.

Oh my God the worse food in town my pizza was burning up!!! Horrible customer service I ask for a fresh pizza she was so mad and not helped us, she said that she was not going to return my money or give other pizza that my baby has to eat a hard pizza!!!!!!!!!I'm not ever going to this horrible place ever..

This place is gross.... Don't get the "fresh" coffee or ice.... the ice has black specks inside it... the coffee is cloudy with specks floating inside it... this place isn't well taken care of.

This chubby guy looks like he didnt want to be hereAnother customer asked for pizza which they had out and he said there was no pizza when the customer pointed at it he said didnt you hear me no pizza go somewhere else. I came in trying to buy propane and he said that they were out I went to check and 5here was still one last tankTypically I dont like writing bad reviews but this is a winter crisis and we have no other way to keep ourselves warm
