Attached so I asked him why not he said oh we are just not accepting it, but the coupon is already digitally scan to the as we can see the address matches the store so there’s no logical reason. He says if you scan it it will work, but we’re just not accepting it.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!!
First of the of all the discrimination my wife went thru, she went in there to buy some cigars and the clerk refused to sell because of her height. My wife is 4’7 and she was refused service even if TEXAS I.D WAS SHOWN. All the clerk said was “ Is this really you? Ha no sorry i cant sell to you, you are a child!” He did not scan id or anything. Dont get me started we were already late for something and i still had to get off and go get it for her and thats when i confronted the clerk and he was speechless. Did not say a word im very disappointed! THIS HAPPENED MARCH 8 at around 7:10pm GUY IN A GRAY 7eleven shirt!!

I went this store the first time and the guy tries to charge me for a cup of ice when I had my own cup. Second, he refused to give toilet paper for the bathroom. He proceeded to argue, stating the toilet doesn't work. So go into the bathroom, guess what works.... the toilet. I would not recommend doing business at this establishment. And I may stop going to all 7/11 in general.

Every time you come to this location their closed. We got here at 9:30pm and the cashier had the store locked and closed because she was organizing the shelf. Is 7-11 24hrs or what. Horrible service the cashier looked and saw so many cars pull up and still didn’t open the doors. So everyone went to Valero across the street.
