Says 24 hours but not open. Guy leaning against the walk at the end of the glass watching his phone say they are closed. Terrible way to do business

How about be open as indicated and not allow your employee to just be leaning against the wall watching his phone.

Convenient location with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Service was quick, but there’s room for improvement in customer interaction. A solid option for a quick stop.

Not open 24/7 they always seem to close after midnight for a few hours despite saying 24/7. Sometimes you get lucky and they’re open but too many times have I gone and they’re just not open. With that stupid little “temporarily closed” sign

Young Hispanic male (wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey) (while ringing up my transaction) was speaking to another employee about a customer that was asking about a refund called the customer the "N" word, with several other customers in line. Seriously!!???? Very disappointed.

Great customer service from Virginia and Stephanie. Virginia has been there for a while but Stephanie is new, 8m a regular but so glad they hired her because the Hispanic male with short hair is RUDE.

The store was not clean, It was not stocked, iteams,like lids for coffee cups, no straws for fountain drinks. The hot food looked very old and overcooked some ven burned. There was also a strange smell.

Two Mexican workers. The male claimed he was the manager. They would not allow me to use the ladies room. They claimed they had just cleaned it and didn't want me to mess it up. I have never had such a bad experience at 7eleven. The girl looked like she had just gotten out of a drug rehabilitation center. The so called manager has had to of barely have highschool education. Probably went to can academy. C'mon guys we can hire better people than that trash.

Was shocked and frightened to see the Hispanic male employee displaying a gun. He appeared aggressive I’m just woundering is that legal? Walking outside as well? I’m looking at other reviews and apparently he’s not liked by many. Very bad way to represent 7/11 I will reach out to the superiors and real owners not franchise owners. He’s a short Hispanic male rarely speaks English short guy not the one with long hair witch is also rude as heck!!!
