They don’t respect the 7 eleven rewards and press the computer quick so we cannot make use of our points! That’s totally disrespectful! And the clerk was just laughing! I told him his actions just makes me not willing to stop and buy from there anymore.

Pathetic. Tried to use credit card at pump. Asked me whether debit or credit card. Pressed credit button. Transaction failed. After three tries went to cashier. Asked me how much I want to spend. Told him it is rental car and need to fill it. Don’t know how much it will take . So he puts a $50 charge on my card and says difference will be credited. Charge was only $10, but $50 charged to my card. No credit shows. Crooks!

Wish I could use the Ro stars they up charge every black person that comes in with use your points. They don’t want to redeem your point. They always charge it for everything on the app. You’re supposed to get it for free.

Please steer clear of this place I only stopped for the name sake but was horrified immediately. I approached the Slurpee machine to see a hand written note that tells you the cashier has the cups. So the cups are sitting in the open buy the cashier that is handling money and everything else. I requested a cup and thought about it, and returned it just to see the cashier grab it from the top and return it to the stack. Completely disgusted and left ASAP to get another store.

I have been hit on by employees nearly every time I have come to this store. Once was pretty aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I stopped here several times because it’s closest to my work, and now will be going out of my way to go to another gas station to avoid these creeps. Very unprofessional, SUPER creepy, and not okay.

I just pulled out right now at 3:50AM January 17, 2024. I wanted gas, I walked up to the doors they are locked. So I walk up to the window. The male employee sat there woth his legs crossed scrolling on social media...He looked at me and then resumed playing on his phone. Didn't acknowledge me at all so I went to quick trip. I've been standing this neighborhood while over 30 years before 711. Everything I'm at advocate smoker management life. Every other coupon is for my cigarettes. This location said that they no longer will accept my coupons for my cigarettes. Because they don't want to give the customers the benefit I've having. A discount I will take my basins elsewhere
