I go there every morning for my drinks before going to work the cashier in the morning was very rude as I was getting my debit card to pay she told me to hurry up and pay I was taking to long it's not her telling me to hurry up it's how she told me to hurry up then said some words to me not in English but in whatever language she speaks not English language I told her to to rush me cause I was getting my money she blew me off and said hurry up again I will not return to that 7-11 and I will not take my employees there either we will just go to QT instead you lost a good customer along with my 7 other guys only reason no one says anything are because most of the people that go there are Hispanic and don't speak English language I'm not the only one they are rude too but they don't understand what they say so they just don't say anything

Bought a smart water for 3.39 but the display posted 2.99 I ask the cashier anbout it, and he gave me the option to get my money back if I wasn’t pleased. No remorse , very disingenuous I’m a public service worker I stop there all the time I’m very disappointed of the poor customer service there. I ask for his name he said “Z” he was rude and unattractive.

WORST 711 ever cashier SHAYLA HAS THE MOST NASTY ATTITUDE U CAN EVER RECEIVE YELLED AND HAD ATTITUDE OVER A LID FOR A DRINK. I can sit here and write a whole story about her but man the attitude she had I don’t understand how she is able to work there You do not treat people the way she did!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF U DONT LIKE UR JOB QUIT!

Multiple workers with one customer and they said they are too busy to help me get propane. The worker literally went outside to get some ice for another customer but decided not to help me. So disappointed in the customer service

The bathroom is very dirty and there is no hand soap. The employees are very rude. I definitely will not put gas in that place again.

My nephew was trying to use the restroom at this location and it was closed. So I asked the cashier if he could come in because it was urgent. She said again that it was closed.. I again stated that it was an emergency but she told me to take him outside so he could go. He had an upset stomach and it was raining. Horrible place..I am not typically one to write reviews but that was just ridiculous.
