Bought a bag of Ready Ice. I was charged 3.59 plus tax for a 7lb bag. Bag weighed less than 4lbs so I took two as the customer behind me says she always grabs two because they are not full bags and the clerk says its okay, but the clerk yelled for me to only take one. He would not listen to the fact that the bags in the case were smaller and didn't have the weight of ice it claimed. Poor product and 7-11 is price gouging customers. The clerk obviously treats certain clients differently. I will not be using that 7-11 for purchasing gas or other items.

Not 24 hours. Maybe for gas but I needed something at 4am and it wasn't open.

Your employees in this location give very ,very bad,bad,bad service , you need to hire educated people , only one lady give good service but the others very bad service.

Rude lady cashier on 09/14/23 around 9:29pm. I went to buy an alcoholic beverage and I have my ID ready in my hand to show her and she still asks “do you have your ID?”before I even get to the register, like why would I not have my ID with me if I’m buying alcohol? I am not stupid. And then she snatches both my ID and the alcoholic drink out of my hand, like did she really think I would run out of the store with the drink? I don’t like not being trusted, and then she looks at my ID and says “this is you?” Like seriously lady? Why would it not be me? Then she proceeds to scan my ID for verification and finishes the transaction. Terrible experience and rude/unprofessional cashier. I felt unwelcomed, insulted, and not trusted.

The people that work here don’t value customer service and don’t know there own products. The lady had a hard time figuring out what mini was. Im sure Im not the only person that buys mini cigarillos. She should get frustrated with herself, but she got frustrated with me cause she doesn’t know the word mini. After that, I saw that there were new releases so I asked if I could see them and she kept getting each one and wanting to scan it right away. I told her that I didn’t want it and I just wanted to see what the new flavor was and she got mad and didn’t want to serve me anymore. I asked to see the manager which wasn’t there cause the other guy told me. She tried to talk over him and say she was the manager. So no customer service, only attitude and lazy work ethic.

Here we go again I pass by this 7-11 location everyday when I'm going back home between midnight and 2 am , google says the store is open 24 hrs a day but they're always close, please someone open this place ASAP SMH

I know someone that was wrongfully accused of stealing after they use to shop there almost everyday and spent hundreds per month. This customer was scrutinized and embarrassed in front of other customers and hasn't been the same since. Also they pick and choose of when to ask for ID for age restricted items, same customer same clerk. This clerk needs to be trained better for both situations.
