Can you please update hours on Google.
I tried to go inside at 1215am to pay for gas and get some electrolytes, but the worker behind the counter waved his hand, signaling the store was closed.

They change their hours according to the fact that they serve 24/7 anyway, the man opened the door to come in but he was very rude when he told me what was happening that he only opened it for me to come in and not for me to make a coffee and I understand it but there are better ways to talk to people boring people like this bitter man should not work with the public

This place could be so much better. But the air is always out of order, the printers are always out of paper, and now they don't even bother putting anything in the window cleaner resevoir. This neighborhood deserves better.

Came to this location at 7:30 pm 1/26/24….two black ladies had a sign up that said “Closed for 20 minutes” they turned away customers while they stood at the door locking it. Both of them ended up leaving the store to sit in a gray car in the parking lot..…. We stayed 5+ minutes and saw people come to try to open the doors just to end up leaving….. loosing customers and money for closing the store dont think the owner would be too happy about that… we ended up leaving and going to to the gas station on the corner of Webb Chapel and Forest Ln intead. So stupid

New ownership, place went downhill, no more scratch offs, beers are not stocked that well. Profanity music being played, and they close randomly some nights, not sure why, but hopefully it gets better, would recommend 711 off webbchapel and 35 instead..or even qt on Forrest..

Review your receipt before walking out. An indian cashier tried to scam me by skimming my changes. When I confronted him, he pretended like he had forgotten. But, this is not the first time I ran into this problem at another 7-Eleven involving another Indian cashier.

When did 7-Eleven start lying about their hours? I can't think of one that's open past midnight but they all say 24 hours like this is pre-COVID. At least this 7-Eleven has a decency to turn the lights off while they're in there by themselves

I have had an awesome experiences at the 7-Eleven and it’s always my go to. But on Saturday the fourth of March 2023 at about 330 the young man that was working had zero customer service experience and didn’t even know that they excepted Apple Pay or the first way to help somebody do it. Not only did he not have any patience to hit the machine so I could try again with my Apple Card. He told me to leave and not come back. I also watched him with the elderly gentleman and his grandson. They wanted the grandsons items Run up separately meaning the grandson was doing his own transaction the guy working impatiently , rang up everything together, and then was annoyed when the old man asked him to ring it up separate because the little boy was happy he had money and wanted to pay for his own things . There are 1 million 7-Elevens one on every corner Nobody has to go spend money at that store. He needs to learn how to treat his customer so y’all can keep customers. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed by his poor interaction with paying customers. This one bad apple could cost this store money…

It is Sunday 8/20/22. 7-11 was supposed to be open at 5am. It is now 5:37 and still waiting. Very bad business!
