I went to the 7-Eleven to purchase some milk a half a gallon of that the person at the counter tried to charge me $4.49 when the price on there was clearly marked something else. I want to tell you that this isn’t the first time I’ve went in the store and they price gouge On their products, they charge more than what the actual 7-Eleven store charges, which has to be looked into.

Preet is a nice young gentleman. He lets you know of all the offers. Went in to grab a bottle of water, he immediately greats me. Then let me know if I grab a second one I get a discount. Never seen someone take their job this seriously. Keep it up man!

Just had check out try to double charge me with 2 drinks and claimed it was a discount when I told him to fix it. No it is not if the balance is more when I’m only buying one!! 🤬
Scammers!!
7-11 corporate will claim to address concern but this has been happening for over a year!! Get your cousin out of review because y’all do absolutely nothing to address concerns!!!

At 7:15 I almost got punched by the store Manager over 3 creamer to put in my coffee; I can't believe it! Its on camera and he said I've gotta watch ya'll, I asked what do mean ya'll then he stated, people like you, that infuriated me, he stated he's going to call the police; for three creamer. I can't believe this. I'm a black man I go to this 7-11 all the time on the way to work. I call the Corporate Office I'm waiting on a call. I'm going to see this til end

Their pumps do not take credit cards I asked them if their gas pumps were broken and he said “no, well sometimes they are working, sometimes they are not working” literally if you want to pull up pay with the card and get out of there quick do not come here

When the ownership went to the corporate is was clean , great staff , etc. but they allow people to beg for money which is a scam with a baby now since it’s private ownership.

Can you please update hours on Google.
I tried to go inside at 1215am to pay for gas and get some electrolytes, but the worker behind the counter waved his hand, signaling the store was closed.

They change their hours according to the fact that they serve 24/7 anyway, the man opened the door to come in but he was very rude when he told me what was happening that he only opened it for me to come in and not for me to make a coffee and I understand it but there are better ways to talk to people boring people like this bitter man should not work with the public

This place could be so much better. But the air is always out of order, the printers are always out of paper, and now they don't even bother putting anything in the window cleaner resevoir. This neighborhood deserves better.

Came to this location at 7:30 pm 1/26/24….two black ladies had a sign up that said “Closed for 20 minutes” they turned away customers while they stood at the door locking it. Both of them ended up leaving the store to sit in a gray car in the parking lot..…. We stayed 5+ minutes and saw people come to try to open the doors just to end up leaving….. loosing customers and money for closing the store dont think the owner would be too happy about that… we ended up leaving and going to to the gas station on the corner of Webb Chapel and Forest Ln intead. So stupid

New ownership, place went downhill, no more scratch offs, beers are not stocked that well. Profanity music being played, and they close randomly some nights, not sure why, but hopefully it gets better, would recommend 711 off webbchapel and 35 instead..or even qt on Forrest..

Review your receipt before walking out. An indian cashier tried to scam me by skimming my changes. When I confronted him, he pretended like he had forgotten. But, this is not the first time I ran into this problem at another 7-Eleven involving another Indian cashier.
