We paid $30 on gas but the pump only gave us $21. The cashier was nice enough to give us our refund but they should really check their pumps.

I paid at the pump and the next day they stole all my money. Don't pay at the pump!!!

I like this location because it's close to where I live. However, every time I pump gas at the pump to avoid going inside to save time, the credit card reader never works!! And when it does, the receipt never does either, so it defeats the purpose. Not only this one, but all surrounding 7/11 is the same thing.

WHY IS EVAN NIGHT THE DOOR OR LOCKED WITH A SIGN SAYING Shift change AT 8 PM AND WHEN I GO BACK AT 11 PM THE SAME NIGHT AND THE DOORS IS STILL LOCKED WITH THE SAME SIGN IT SAME LIKE THE WORKER JUST WHATS TO GET PAID BY SOING NOTING

I thought this store was supposed to be open 24 hours. Why is it that every night it's two or three cars in parking lot. But no workers in the store and the doors be locked with a note up that they close until 5am. Like why be 24 hours if not open for 24 hours. I feel like this is false advertisement. Smh

Yesterday blew my mind. The Chinese Asian decent woman halted me down after pulling off. Told me my purchase was not completed I needed to return my item. My banking app said completely charged so I was confused. After getting two other employees involved and holding up the line for so much time others walked out. I was accused verbally assaulted my character and felt undervalued. I am a loyal customer and come in every single day or my kids do. We spend lots of money there and seen lots of workers come and go. But pretty much known by all cause our frequent shopping. So I was upset to find my receipt still in her printer stating it was paid. After all the embarrassment arguing and accusations she was wrong so wrong. The lady in line next was snapped on and walked out without cashing on her lottery ticket she had in hand. I don't know her but I bet after standing in that line for long time and wasting your time still not getting served upset her as welll
