The cashier did not seem concerned when I told them I felt unsafe after a man sitting outside asked me to go behind the building and help him with something. He laughed and repeated what I said. It would be nice if people cared at all what might happen to a woman who feels unsafe because of people sitting outside of their store. But I guess he’d find it amusing if I got hurt based on his reaction. He should be ashamed of himself. This happened on 12/6/23 around 3:00pm.

WTH is the point of a 7-Eleven that closes? I went out of my way to this particular location because the one on Forest appear to be closed, and I come to this one, and somebody tells me oh, they're closed. The whole point of the existence of 7-Eleven is to be open 24/7. Like it's not bad enough that the last one I went to 20 minutes ago didn't have a bathroom, which I didn't used to know was even allowed by 7-eleven, but apparently that's a thing now.

Not 24 hours as advertised. The door was randomly locked at 1 am on a Friday night, and there was an employee was just hanging behind the counter inside ignoring all the people coming to the door expecting it to be open. There was no sign indicating actual hours posted anywhere. I drove out of my way to go here when most places were closed so the false advertising is not appreciated.

What convenience store doesn't have an ATM?Response to owner's comment on 8/9/2022 - No, I will not go to that URL to send you a note. My comment stands. The location that I have reviewed on Google Maps (at Preston and Royal in Dallas) does not have an ATM, and that is ludicrous. Furthermore, asking me to take further actions when you can verify that this store doesn't have an ATM without asking your frustrated customer to do something - that's just making it worse. for a place called, Happy Market. this was the most unhappy 7-11 I have ever been to. the owner is such a rude person. I know it's only a 7-11 , but he does not deserve your hard earned money.

I have been very disappointed with this place since it is very small and very bad service I have been a customer there for years since I work in landscaping and now they do not even let you park to eat comfortably it is chaos these last few times

Yikes. Went to get coffee, the guy at the counter was on his phone totally ignoring customers, so disrespectful, so disgusting, like who doese a company like 7eleven let employee like this person to work there . He would flirt with all the girl right Infront of every body else . Yikes .
