I spent 10 minutes waiting in line for one singular item. One guy working all 3 registers and super slow at doing so. Yall need more workers, especially at lunch time during the weekend. Absolutely ridiculous.

Giving this one lonely star hurts my heart. Today was very interesting. In the past I have aways had great encounters with everyone that WORKS here. I go here multile times a week. To me, I feel the regular customers and most staff are a family. Today, different. I understand the world is changing and most businesses are turning or promoting self check out. For me and others I know, we prefer the person to person experience. Not that we can't do self checkout. Just love people. Maybe that why I went into nursing. But to be forced to use a machine. I feel that is not right. So, thank you 7 11 for many years of greatness. But today, the lady that forced me to use the self check out. Thank you for so called doing your JOB!!Pushing a loyal customer away.

Worker, Ginny, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Somehow she wasn't aware of the promotion going on at her own store (with a huge sign advertising it in the store!) and was very rude when I tried to utilize the promotion. I go to this store a lot but will not be returning, which is a shame because I've had nothing but positive interactions with all the other workers there.

Would give zero stars if possible... Went for the BYOC promotion where there is literally a sign at the slurpee station saying you can bring your cup for 1.99. The worker, Ginny, refused to let me get my slurpee because she "wasn't aware of the promotion". Then she started speaking very disrespectful to me and my partner asking us if we knew how to read and other disrespectful comments (mind you after she didn't even know the promotion was going on in her own store). Then said she would charge us $13.00 instead of $4.00 because she didn't agree with the promotion policy... I tried paying but the $4.00 and she refused so when I tried to leave she wrote down my license plate number and said she was calling the cops, for a slurpee... worst service ever. Also have it all on video so now all my TikTok followers will see your incompetence too, Ginny. Also there were only 3 bad flavors anyways lol

Awful employees in the evening. Lock door, rude, go to the new quick trip down the street. This place needs to release the land to someone who cares, the area has outgrown them.

The worst interaction with these employees, they always mess up when entering my cash deposits then cancel it and I’m not able to make my deposit. When I tell them I’m not going to come back again the guy yelled at me and called me a bit*h yelling at me to get out of his store and going crazy. It would be one thing if I was acting crazy in the store but I made a simple comment about not coming back to do my transactions and he flipped out. He is always rushing people, rude to everyone and seems stressed out. I wont be getting my gas, car washes or doing my transactions at this convenient store anymore. If you hate running a store you shouldn't do it. A ton of people come in and out daily, you need to learn to slow down and treat people with respect or find another line of business.
