24 hours my ass!!! Been standing outside the store now with 3 other people for 20 min waiting on Jeramy to decide he wants to open the store and is now taking a cigarette break instead of helping the now 5 people outside like change the store hours if you are going to close and maybe don’t open a 7/11 if you’re not gonna be 24 hours!

As a lifelong supporter of 7-Eleven—with family members who have worked for the company—I am appalled by the treatment my girlfriend and I have received at the Lemmon Avenue location. We go everyday and spend at least 40 dollars. Our experiences here have been, without question, the worst we’ve ever encountered at any 7-Eleven.
To begin with, an elderly mexican woman with orange hair working at this store has repeatedly withheld utensils from us, even going so far as to hide them when we enter. As someone with a medical need for extra utensils due to germ concerns, this behavior is not only dismissive but feels intentionally targeted and discriminatory.
Her lack of courtesy and unwillingness to accommodate a simple, reasonable request is unacceptable.
However, the most shocking and distressing behavior has come from the heavy set black woman who doesnt sem to give a shit about her job, On multiple occasions, she has subjected us—especially my timid, injured girlfriend—to outright verbal abuse. She has made rude, condescending comments, and during our last visit, she falsely accused my girlfriend of being on drugs and flatly refused to serve her.
When questioned about her behavior, she openly stated that she simply wasn’t “in the mood” to work and continued to ignore us and other customers. This level of unprofessionalism, hostility, and refusal to perform basic job duties is beyond comprehension.
No customer should ever be harassed, verbally abused, or denied service for any reason—let alone because an employee is unwilling to do their job. As a family that knows and respects the 7-Eleven brand, we are deeply disappointed and disturbed by what we have experienced at this location.
I strongly urge 7-Eleven management to investigate these repeated incidents and take immediate action to ensure all customers are treated with the respect, dignity, and basic service they deserve. Until these serious issues are addressed, we cannot recommend the Lemmon Avenue 7-Eleven to anyone.

I've been coming here for atleast 15 years.. and imean it's a gas station in Dallas and don't expect much.. but even though this place has been convenient for me for years the disrespect I felt tonight made me actually want to leave a review.. at the end of the day this is dallas and there are plenty of options but after tonight I'll forever go out of my way. I forever refuse to come back to this location... after coming here for like I said for atleast 15 years

At least 3 pumps not working. Stopped at one that didn’t have a “sorry not working bag”, but it didn’t work. Go inside and the guy, was nice, but slow as molasses, proceeds to tell me “oh that one doesn’t work”. If you’re trying to make it to work, don’t stop here.

Very rude and distasteful management. Not welcoming at all. Needs new management.

Google says open 24 hours. Should be able to come in because there’s not an after hours call box thing. I pulled up at the same time as two other potential customers and we were turned away with a head shake and hand signal by the guy inside moping. I could be wrong but It seems like it was his decision to lock up as there is no signage indicating the store has a closing time. I used to run into this problem all the time in Desoto. Employees deciding to lock up on their own accord because they can’t be bothered loses overnight revenue for the company and is NOT good business.

I have been going to this 7-Eleven for years purchasing my lotto, water, etc... The associates for the most part are nice... On this visit the associate Hebert that has serviced me before when purchasing my lotto felt the need to play and hold the line up... Also, he was the only one cashiering at the moment because the other associate appeared to be doing inventory with a truck driver.. I gave him my lotto slips, and my winning ticket which would cover the cost of the lotto I was purchasing just as I always do... He proceeded to run my tickets through the machine, but once he came back to the register he held the tickets, laughed, and said do I have an id?? I said excuse me, you see me in here all of the time; furthermore, you just serviced me with purchasing my lotto yesterday.. I also told him if he needed my id he should have asked for that before-hand.. He laughed and said oh yes I know, but did you change your hair?? I said what!!! There happened to be a couple of regular customers behind me that stated he's playing around again with the line long... Another customer said we don't have time for him to flirt, he's a problem and that's why I stopped coming here... I showed him my government issued id from my job, and explained I don't have time for the games... A few other customers mumbled this guy is a trip, and is always needing help from other associates because he has messed something up.... I explained to him the previous customer that purchased beer and cigarettes weren't asked for an id, and he laughed... The associate that appeared to be doing inventory came to the register and said man we have a long line... I mentioned my issue to him regarding the id deal, and he said man you know she's here all of the time, you just did her lotto yesterday... Herbert said yes I know, I just uh and he laughed... Through all of this Herbert still hadn't given me my change from my lotto and he didn't add the total of my lotto correctly... The other associate and myself had to tell him the correct change to give me.. I never mind showing my id, but it's the principle.... This isn't the first time this associate has caused issues with his shenanigans... If I do decide to return to this 7-Eleven and he's at the register, I will just go elsewhere or ask a different associate to help me...

I've been here on two occasions where the asshat older guy that works nights wouldn't let me in. I've seen him let young, attractive females in but he refuses me service. We love that this kind of prejudice exists when all I wanna do is deposit money into my cash app account.I genuinely hope that guy gets whatever bad karma is coming to him!

It's your typical 7-11, but you have to walk through the counter to get everything, and passing anyone is a tight squeeze.

Location doesn't pay out and they steal from you and ring up more than you buy. Stay away go give your business elsewhere
