P.S. 7-11's automated reply system here really makes them look like a bunch of clueless uncaring douchebags. You get the SAME COMPLAINTS about the same store for YEARS and do NOTHING about it...

Not reliable , it’s 525pm I needed my allergies medicine and they refused and had the door locked, they have the door locked and refuse to let people in random times unexpectedly

Rude!!!! The worst customer service ever. I’m here today. March 21st at 1:40 PM and I asked the guy where the garbage was and he got super rude with me and was a total jerk and thought he would embarrass me in front of all the customers excellent customer service… If he had a garbage can outside I would’ve put it in there, no need to spend any money here gas stations all over the city

Cancels online orders when there's promos. This place would get 0 stars if possible. Corporate needs to be aware of the horrible management and the lies they make to cancel orders. The phone number provided is disconnected, too. What a surprise...

The hose didn't stop when my car's gas tank was filled. The gas kept flowing and spilling onto the ground, and the hose lock wasn't working correctly, so it wasn't possible to stop the gas. It kept running, adding charges to my credit card. I had to rush to the cashier to stop the gas flow. The cashier refused to refund the extra money charged to my card, which was around $10. He told me that if I disagreed, I should call the police. I don't recommend going to this place. They steal from you right in front of your face and are endangering all customers by spilling fuel indiscriminately. I visited this location Saturday 11/25 at 9:04 pm.

The employee at the counter refused to load money on my bank card even though they are partnered with my bank, this happened at 4:10 PM and he said "oh we dont do that anymore we only do cashapp" so if you have any kind of cards that opperate through the Greendot money network don't waste your time, this location will not help you and they do not care about their partners

Whenever I come at night it is closed, it is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. What if I need medicine in an emergency but they tell me it's closed.
