Beware they are SCAMMERS. I went to pump gas. I noticed that my gas mileage wasn’t moving so when I got to about $8 I took it out and slightly pressed the gas nozzle and nothing was coming out. I told the clerk. He said it’s probably no gas at that pump and didn’t even REFUND ME . Even if it’s only almost $8, it’s my money. He just had me standing there , telling me he doesn’t no how to do a refund. I’m reporting them to the authorities.

Store is filthy. Floors never mopped. Men's room is so disgusting. It's apparent that it's never cleaned. 7-11 must be so proud of their independent owners trashing their name.

Went to go put gas and paid for $35. The guy didn’t put the right amount it was 15 prepaid and I told him and he came outside to check and pulled out the pump and then all my gas when all over my car and got all over my clothes. He offered napkins but didn’t even bother about compensating all the gas he wasted. Never coming back to this location

24hr store is locked up while clerk sits behind counter talking on hiscell phone. Will not being going back to this location again.

This is a good sound 11 but the only bad thing is that the bathrooms look like crap. I visited this location because I was taking my dog for a walk and stopped in to get something to drink. They usually is only one or two employees working and somehow they are forgetting to clean things. The bathroom was one of them. There was toilet paper all over the floor and in back of toilet seat. And I doubt that they even wash the floor. It was so nasty and what was worse is that we are in the middle of COVID-19.

7 eleven must not really care about their consumers because they hire rude, uneducated employees that argue with the customer! This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and every time is very unpleasant. I hope the company reads these post & show that they actually care about their customers
