Not a good excuse.
If something is not working properly in your store that makes you money, get it fixed.

This place is the worst. Here are some examples :
They overprice their merchandise.
They have little to NO deals, the way other 7-eleven stores would or do. So if you're looking for a BOGO, nah sorry but no not here.
The parking is atrocious.
They only have a single island for fuel (4 pumps total). Making the parking even more unbearable.
It smells like a frequently used toilet.
Make sure to go around noon when all the outdoor workers come in and completely populate the store as if they own the place.
The staff have the worst attitudes. They don't greet or welcome back. Customer service requires people skills. You won't find that here.
Those are just the facts.
In my opinion I feel like they charge a lot based on the area and those who are better off.
However, that doesn't give them the right to take advantage of people. I won't go here ever again. And if you're smart, you wouldn't either.
They're lacking in many, if not all departments.
This store should not have the 7-eleven brand.
Or should it? ✌???

Whatever happened to the old crew, they were very friendly and nice to everyone who walked in the door... this new lady speaks and is friendly to certain customers... Trash customer service

Incredibly poor service from the woman at the counter this afternoon - I ran inside to buy five bags of ice, hovering at the door with my dog, and she repeatedly demanded that I leave my dog outside - see photo for temperature. The transaction would’ve taken less than two minutes had it not been for her tantrum stating I should leave my dog in the car.

Place says it’s open 24 hours on Google, but really they close at midnight. If you’re too lazy to change that on Google, why do I mess with you in the first place?

Store employee wouldn’t let me pay for my stuff because he said it was an Uber order and they don’t accept Uber orders. The thing is, why does it matter if I’m shopping and paying for it with my card. He said that the owner told him they don’t like Uber drivers so they won’t do business with them. Ridiculous.

Worst 7-11 ever! Staff was rude & aggressive including a young girl (14 ?) who identified herself as the " owner's daughter" and said I shouldn't speak to " her staff" that way after the cashier harassed me for trying to use my 7-11 app rewards. The place is dirty and they keep their napkins behind the counter. Negative awful experience. I recommend avoiding this location. I wasn't surprised afterwards when I read the other negative reviews. The man that works there is like " Soup N**** -rude. ( Seinfeld reference )

I entered the store on 5/2/2022 with my service dogs, I was berated by the associate behind the counter and told I could not enter with dogs. When I told him they were service dogs he demanded I produce paper work for them. I told the man that is not how the ADA or Bootz Law in Texas works, he said I was wrong. The manager refused service until I informed her that her actions were criminal. 7-11 usually does a good job informing their employees of the applicable ADA laws but this one failed miserably. Worst 7-11 ever (a service connected disabled veteran).
