I run my own business, I live here in the area so I took my truck to get a car wash, lady at the counter gave me a receipt to enter into there machine, cleaned out my truck and the receipt blew away in the wind, went back inside to get another receipt with the code & she said no could not do that sir, so I put an intake number with legal shield Tx-crs-dbq to handle the matter of getting a return since all the options was to pay for another car wash so I went down the street to 24 seven mart were they can print you out a duplicate receipt so that you pay twice for no reason this is clearly only 12 dollars but it not good for buissness I hope yall get that resolved she reprinted my fuel receipt but not the car wash or the three red-bulls

Confused as to why gift cards are for displayed sale but not able to be purchased between the hours of 8pm-8am - would have been convenient if available.

I stopped by this store after long ride with little to no gas. There is a short old lady who closed the door in my face when heading in to pay for gas saying I’m holding up her work progress from sitting in my car in the cold waiting for her to unlock and open the doors. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be a customer to this 7eleven during mornings ever again.

The people who work here are always friendly but I have to one star it because the milk is always sour. 3 out of 3 times it was sour - don't buy milk here.

Really? No hot food after 11pm? I was craving some pizza/wings. 4 stars only because Denise was my our amazing Register Clerk. So sweet and humble! Will definitely be back because of her!

The lady at this store is the worst. She lied saying she couldn't take a coupon that works at every other store. Left drove down the street to the next closest 7/11. They took the coupon and didn't know why she wouldn't. I'm guessing she didn't want to have to send it in later. Worst 7/11 ever.

Literally just wanted service. Saw someone inside ignoring every customer that was spending money. I work late nights at bars and just wanted to get cigarettes, door was locked and the lady ignored at least 5 customers willing to spend money. Whoever owns this location is losing a substantial amount of money because of this employee.

I shop at this location all the time. I work late nights and try to stop in and the doors are locked. Is this company policy to lock the doors at an establishment that's advertised as open 24 hours?

Wasted my time shopping just to find out a 7/11 doesn’t have Apple Pay. Fix your machine before you open your stupid store. This is a contactless world, 7/11 doesn’t take Apple Pay? Lord help you.

I would not go here! The lady working the counter was very rude and told me the wrong amount when buying lotto tickets. I tried to give her a $100 bill to pay and she refused to take it for the $4 she said I owed. She gave me the wrong number of tickets when I found $4 so I told her it was really $8 of tickets I wanted. She still refused to take the $100 instead so I told her I would buy tickets elsewhere. I guess management does not care about missed sales and rude employees who cannot count.
