It is currently 11:00pm and I just left empty handed because the Asian guy in the cashier touched my hot food without gloves. Then after that he double scanned my items and said “now you pay now you pay” like sir I waited for him to ring up 5 people before me that came in later than me and made me wait a whole 15 minutes before even acknowledging me and my order just because he had to cook it right there and then. Very disgusting and disappointing. Making the store look bad.

This 7/11 is always closed after 1am, even though it says it is 24 hours. I live down the street and every time I come after it’s close. The 7/11 that’s one street away is always open. Every time there’s a maroon car outside, the doors are locked

No gasoline ⛽️ restroom is kinda gross, but still usable. Definitely needs to be cleaned and updated.

Stopped by and went in to get cookies which were $1.99 and they all looked bad. Checked out the food. Pizza was burnt, wings were old and they were trying to sell that food. Won't stop at this location anymore.

I bought a key from the machine at this location, and one of the stock food drivers asked me about it, and said that I could’ve bought it at the Home Depot nearby this store. Few seconds later, he had the audacity to laugh because I spent 40$ on a key that Home Depot doesn’t make. Lemme tell you something white folks, mind y’all got damn business.

Was told to leave by the clerk after I went in for iced coffee. Poured the coffee, weird chunks like curdled milk came out, so I poured it out and went to get another cup. The clerk, who wouldn't give me his name, started yelling at me to "go. Just go!" Even when I was trying to explain the creamer was curdled. Definitely adding to the growing list of 7-11s not to go back to.

Worst Experience Ever.The owner and the night clerk both practice price gouging and are extremely unprofessional and yell at their customers.The cashier seems to be related to the owner and has several complaints against dumb and still works there. They do not want to explain prising or why they charge a different price than any other 711 franchise The cashier seems to be related to the owner and has several complaints against dumb and still works there. They do not want to explain pricing or why they charge a different price for most items than any other 7-11 franchise.This has happened to me on several different occasions when attempting to purchase items at this location. I have given up on reasoning with anyone that works here.

The store is listed as 24/7 but the late night clerk keeps the door locked for his shift.

I walked up to 7/11 at 1 am and the man locked the door and refused to take my service as he mopped and went to the back room. I remained outside and waited for 15 minutes so my walk wouldn't be for nothing. I come here everyday and this Asian man's service gets worse

Cashier working the night shift is very unprofessional. There were 3 people in line waiting to purchase their items and he refused to check out each single customer. He needs to be fired if this location wants to make any money. The experience was bad enough for me to leave 7/11 a bad review… something I would literally never do but his attitude was that bad.
