Fraud Alert 7-11 I was at this store @ 5:30ish and the attendant at that time an African American male tried to sell me 2 boxes of special blend Marlboro for 24$$ it it should be less than 12$ watch out!

Barely open. I just walked to the door at 530am to see a guy, give me the cutoff sign that they're not open even though yesterday I was able to go in at five. I wish they would post actual hours. Misleading

Wanted to redeem an item with my reward points but the cashier didnt accept it. He was interpreting the coupon however he wanted. Went to another 7 eleven and it worked fine.

The staff is friendly and always provide fast friendly service and the owner himself is a great guy as well. In all of Dallas, this is my go-to convenience store.

Same complaint as everyone, if your store is 24/7 then be ready to serve your customers at all times. Not by finger wagging and sitting on your little chair, little man.

Never open past midnight, even if they’re just sitting behind the counter not doing anything. I haven’t even been back in a couple of months because the short guy with the black teeth told me never to come back when I asked him to keep his inappropriate comments about my body to himself. They obviously don’t care that whoever runs this place closes early since it’s been a main complaint for years. There’s a better one down the street (towards Whole Foods)

This location is NOT 24 HOURS! I've lived next door for almost 2 years and they ALWAYS "close" at midnight. And don't reopen till 5 or 6am... You'll see the guy on crutches hanging out with his friends in the parking lot, or sitting. Behind the counter with the doors locked. Defeats the purpose of a 24 hour store.

NOT 24 HOURS!!! I've lived in this neighborhood for a year and a half and The majority of the time that I try to go to this location after midnight, the doors are consistently locked, and the employee is either sitting behind the counter on their phone, or hanging out in the parking lot telling customers they are closed. They are advertised as being open 24/7 but are not a dependable business for those of use that work late nights and need something at 2 am.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and this location picks and chooses its hours. Came in at 12:51am this date. Clerk behind counter sitting on his phone, door locked. Said closed. Asked when it’s open, no reply. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this “24 hour” business at various times over the week as I work SI hours. Owner needs to know employees are getting paid for not selling anything.

Dishonest about their hours. Not an urban neighborhood stop. They lie and say their system is down, but it is simply because they should be open but have chosen not to be open. They should just change their hours of operations. Last time I was there the attendant was intoxicated and aggressive. I called corporate 7-11 to make them aware of the problems that exist at this location. They took detailed notes, but no follow up or concern. If 7 out of 7 days a week you suspend operations for 4 to 5 hours, than just close. I won’t even buy gas there anymore. I wish a quick trip or race track would just take over the location so as to have it run properly since it is so close to where I live.
