I’ve held myself back from writing a review for this company for a while now but it’s been about more than a month since I’ve been gone & I was there for about two years going on 3 but things happened…… what could I possibly start.
I want to give props to the Hakim for being an outstanding manager!! But let me say, before you decide to even work here be mentally prepared for all the loud , obnoxious, rudeness that comes from the local area ! Especially when you’re around the projects! (Another Reason I support gentrification) But Overall This Store isn’t as bad as people want it to be. It’s just the customers & homeless people that come in there that make them have a bad name. Also, I left because 1st; they could afford me anymore and yes, I was on salary but eventually that gone due to money hungry people & the owners. No shade to Hakim but he couldn’t even let go me to my face I had to get through Subliminal messaging plus he had my other coworkers in his ear about me. At the end me of the day, I’m glad I don’t work here no more and just for the future employees working here…. Please consider this a warning.
P.S To Nate try to be more present in the store cause as long as you’re not there your employees will slack and steal from you ! Bye

I went in to this location today around noon. This is the WORST 7-11 I've ever been in. Everything is filthy dirty. The shelves were very poorly stocked. The employees were blasting hip-hop music and there was a homeless guy blocking the left side front door. I bought some milk that expires in 2 days. It was rancid and bad when I tried to drink it.
This entire property is littered with homeless people and trash from them living outside. Does management not care that this place is essentially a homeless camp? What is management doing to discourage these people from living on the property???
I live in the neighborhood and I won't go back until this place gets cleaned up and there aren't scary people loitering.

AVOID this location the entire store is filthy. You name it it's dirty the doors the floors the counters the fountain machines the coffee area is nasty . The restrooms are blocked off so no telling how bad those are. Cashier has a baseball bat behind the counter I'm guessing to match the trash customers that come regularly to this trash store. Disappointed in 711 for this one

Customer service was great. Store is clean most of the time, but it seems hard to keep up with due to the sheer amount customer that mess it up. I feel bad for these guys working here having to put up with everything that comes at them. The team is hard working and always trying their best with a happy smile.
