DeShawn & The Other Employee were AMAZING Today!!! It was My First Time at The Ross Store & BOOM, it was EVERYTHING I Needed!!! Even though I Had Three Things to do when I arrived, I got in & Out Very Quickly. These Two Guys were FANTASTIC!!! I Got The Last Big Bite Hotdog, My Slurpee, & I cashed in My Lotto Ticket. They were Sooo Nice that I Came back in just to Purchase an Energy Drink for Tomorrow!!! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!

The cashier made a mistake at the register after my mom had already put gas in her car. The cashier then proceeded to say that he had "accidentally" put $10 from another customer on her pump. The cashier said that my mom didn't pay when in fact she did pay! We checked her online bank account and the money did process and go through. The cashier was trying to steal my mom's money!
This happened today Tuesday May 7, 2024.

The store is not open 24/7. As other reviews have stated, the doors are locked between 1am and at least 3am and the employee in the store waved me away confirming they are closed.

Thank you to the management and staff of this store for having an open and clean restroom. Unlike many other 7 eleven near down town dallas area where tgey elect to always have closed, out of order or no public restrooms.
