What truly makes the shop special is the owner — a very kind, generous, classy, and friendly lady. She always greets customers with a warm smile and treats everyone with respect and care. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable, making the entire shopping experience feel personal and welcoming.

Outstanding service at 360 Smoke Shop! Des was super nice and extremely helpful, she really took the time to help me find what I needed and made the whole experience smooth and easy. You can tell she cares about the customers. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the great atmosphere of the shop. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a solid selection. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be back for sure!

This is the ONLY shop I come to. It’s a great location, everyone that works there is so sweet. I did have an issue with 2 vapes and they were really nice about dealing with that issue. It’s a safe area and I won’t ever go to another shop! :) I’m so glad there’s a nice shop in the university park area.
