Honestly, shout out to the professional staff that operate security at the front desk and cleaning services throughout the building.I came in late at night with my access code and they proceeded to recognize me and get my parking validated so I could leave promptly. The office was being spruced and yet the cleaners even took the time to move their cord as I walked through. These guys work every day diligently and I have been meaning to do this for a long time, but here I finally am. Thank you to the night crew, I appreciate y'all!

Any reviews before Oct 2010 will be in regards to the previous deli owner (and I agree it wasn't great). The new owner took over in 2010 has made it an amazing place to eat! The food is delicious and the daily specials are always great. Very reasonably priced considering it is in uptown. The specials are $8.50 and comes with a drink. The sandwiches/wraps are delicious - usually around $6.50! The salads are tasty (small and large). I work in the building it is located so I eat there at least once a week - no idea why my profile says I'm in Cali.

This deli closes at 3pm per the information provided on the official website and menu. How ever they really close the grill down at 2:30pm. When I walked in everyone looked at me like I was crazy placing in an order at 2:27pm, it was really awkward. Just change the time that you close or stay later. I'm sorry I've upset everyone by walking in and placing an order.

As far as lunch options go in Uptown, this place is as good as it gets! I absolutely LOVE the diversity of the menu. From salads to to sandwiches to baked potatoes to burgers, this place has it all! Always be on the lookout for the daily specials, they never disappoint. Some of my personal favorites include the orange chicken and the taco salad bowl. While our president claims Trump Tower has the best taco salad bowls, 2100 Deli says "No Way, Jose!." Also if you're looking for a great place to fuel up to start the day with a fantastic breakfast, look no further. One of the best breakfast croissants out there (even the French would approve!). And don't sleep on the breakfast taquitos also. The service is unparalleled as well. Kim always brightens the day up with her positive demeanor.

I am so glad to see that this deli has been made over. The old deli was cramped and it was always very smoky. The new place is very updated and modern. I had the tuscon panini and it was very good. My friend had a burger and it was so big she couldn't finish it. There are four or five tables so you can actually eat your food there. I would highly recommend this place for lunch if you work near by.

This place is located inside the building at 2100 McKinney Avenue (the building is the Texas Capital Bank building). It's a really small, local business, a deli type place where you can buy lunch and snacks. It's really simple food, tastes alright. Nothing that blows you away. The prices are reasonable. My main beef about this place is the lady who runs it is so rude! She's like... bipolar. One day she'll be nice and the other day she's a complete maniac. Customer service is a big deal to me so I won't be going back to this place, ever!
