Great place, people, and service! We stopped at a discount tire about 45 minutes before Dalhart where they told us they could sell us tires but wouldn’t put them on our dually. One front tire was bulging and being on a road trip we needed it taken care of. Showed up to Heiser 30 minutes before closing. They had the size tires we needed, put them on and we were out in less than 30 minutes! Couldn’t have gotten that service or care at a chain shop. Thank y’all!!

This place is amazing. We were towing a U-Haul dolly with a car on it. It was vandalized while we were at a hotel and didn’t see the damage until we had driven 100 miles and discovered that the fender was damaged and a bolt was digging into the tire.
Pulled into this place to see if they could help.
They changed the tire and fixed the fender so that it wasn’t touching the tire any longer. The men who did the work were very professional and efficient.
We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so much. We had a long drive ahead of us so to get back on the road quickly was amazing.

We had a tire failure while traveling and had no choice but stop there. We were at their mercy about tire options and pricing.
I’m pleased to say that they were polite, professional, fast, and had my tires in stock at a very reasonable price!
Their waiting room was comfortable, clean, and cool and the shop was just as clean, indicative to me of a well run business.

We arrived in Dalhart and entered a rough parking lot and hit a big pit hole. Ruptured a tire. Called them at 2:30 and explained our situation and just traveling through Dalhart. They came out, jacked up the car and took the tire. A service guy brought a new tire from Amarillo. By 6:30 the tire was replaced. Recommend them 100%. Husband dealt with Mike who was very helpful. Great place. Thanks for the awesome service and help.

Incredible service! We needed help on a Saturday and got help even though they weee closed, we got luck and just fought them. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And the was room was SUPER CLEAN!
