I've pretty much given up going to this post office. The staff are sloppy, my mail carrier has delivered other people's packages and mail to me on several occasions, and a recent query about a package I got sent that disappeared from my communal block mailbox went precisely nowhere. They didn't even call me back about it as promised. The staff should focus more on doing their job than joking around, eating donuts, and doing the bare minimum

I never received a pink slip that my mail was attempted to be delivered, I go to the post office, and they can't find my package when it should be there. I give my number to an employee to reach me, I get no call back, and this location does not answer their phone. I have been calling for the past 30 mins and no answer. How am I supposed to get in touch with them? I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.

Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly the line moved and the employee entered my information within seconds. He made the process easy and seamless. Highly recommend this small but mighty location.

Love my post office and staff! I ship daily large and small packages to buyers around the world. Never had an issue or problem since 2006 when we moved to Dale. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff \\u0026 carriers.

Small office but does the job! Great hours & kind employees. Some lady was losing her mind and yelling at the postmaster while I was there, but he kept his cool and was incredibly patient. This location is kind of off the beaten path - I'm glad I found it and I'll be back!

Spoke to “Dale” this morning. I told him I got a notice (3849) in my mail box yesterday, signed it and left it in the box. I tried to scan the code for re-delivery but it wouldn’t allow it. I asked him if there was any way if the carrier was still there to bring it out today. He replied we only do one attempt and if the package was too big or signature, that’s why you got the notice. I told “Dale” I work for the post office and a customer can ask for a re-delivery. He said if you signed it and it’s in the box, I’ll have her deliver it. I told him it’s not a girl but a guy that delivers our mail, but okay. My issue is that he never even asked for my address/ information to see if my carrier was still there. It’s fine if they left on their route because my notice will be in my box(signed) but it was his attitude on the matter. If my package was too big to deliver, in that case I would need to know so I could go pick it up. I mean the station is the size of my home, I’m sure it’s not that busy just to go check if the carrier was still there. But he never even got my information to even check. Dale’s attitude and customer service is garbage and it’s sad that someone like this represents the post office. Just read all the other reviews?

The most disrespectful post office I have ever dealt with. Dale not only disrespected myself but my husband. I sent my husband a package for his birthday and items were missing out of it, Dale had the nerve to rub it in my husbands face that his 50k a year employees would NEVER steal items out of someone elses packages and that we were delusional idiot's and hung up the phone

I have been using this post office for over 10yrs, the staff are almost always friendly and helpful. We all have bad days. Michon is awesome.

Michon is the sweetest! We just moved to the Austin area and I went in to get my mail key for my neighborhood. She made me feel so welcomed to the community and we hit it off chatting. Not only that, she memorized my face (even more impressive in a mask!) because I came in to mail a package a couple days later and she remembered me and again today. That's a level of attention to detail that few folks bother with in a professional setting, so I really applaud her and appreciate it.All that said, you are likely to encounter a line at this post office, especially if you're coming close to closing on a weekday. To be expected; it's a little post office with just two windows and it's a growing town! Michon is keeping that small town charm alive by getting to know me (and I can only assume, all new residents). There are plenty of PO Boxes inside, lots of parking spots outside, and a drive-thru if you just need to drop off standard letter-sized mail.
