I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. I am 350 miles and two states away. The communication from this business was wonderful. I approved changes; I also approved a later delivery based on the service date. I got an email when delivery took place. All of this took place over Valentine’s Day, when they had to be crazy busy and could have put a long-distance order to the bottom of the priority list.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Paid 60.00 for a basket. What they delivered was alot of green with 3 roses. A tiny bit of pink and purple. And it was in a plastic vase. They called it an urn. ha. She tells me basket and urns are the same. Im not stupid. It was cheap plastic. So disappointed in the flowers. Im supposed to get a refund. I havent seen it yet. I would NOT recommend using The Flower Mill.
