Hours away from home truck decides it wants to limp mode us home..not having it....crystal was great at getting us some help!!! Ron was great!!! Got us done in no time and gave us some really helpful information to follow up on. You guys go above and beyond we thank you for that !!

My Lawnmower wasn’t starting so my son went up to ABC auto in Daingerfield, Tx and the Lovely Chris Moore help him, got him a new battery my and son put the Battery on and it still wouldn’t start? Ask Chris what it could possibly be and he said “he would have to take a look at it.” He kept his word next thing I knew he showed up with his mower and mowed my front and backyard and my neighbors front yard too! This Wonderful Young Man wouldn’t let me pay him plus he said “he’d be back to take a look at my Mower this weekend” God Bless him and ABC , I Hope ABC knows it has A Gold Medal, Gold Hearted Employee! ⭐️?

We were 6 hours from home hauling a tractor when our trailer broke down on the side of the highway. We were able to get some help to limp the truck/trailer and the tractor to ABC AutoParts store #11. Ronald and Chris were so helpful for us! Ronald came out and helped my husband. They offered us tools and everything they could to help us get back on the road. With my 5 year old, and having been on the road for so long, their help was invaluable! Even for the parts we needed that they didn’t have, they helped us find what we needed in town. Hospitality and help was above and beyond! Thank you!!!

I stopped in ABC Auto in Daingerfield today to get my daughter a new set of windshield wiper blades before she headed back to college 4 hours away. Chris Moore was such a huge help. He even came out and put the wipers on her car in the cold, sleeting weather. He also recommended de-icer and a scrapper for her to prepare for further inclement weather. He was a great help!

Eric Moore saved the day by installing a blinker light bulb quickly for us when I was in a time crunch. The store across the street wouldn’t/couldn’t help me because they didn’t have the proper tools. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and going above and beyond.-Regina Sowell
